래디슨 블루 고치(Radisson Blu Kochi)

We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

We had 10 days aesthetic programme at Radisson blu kochi,The food and service was excellent, the staff was very cooperative plus i would really thank Mr. Ataur and his team , Akhil, jobin, Harikrishnan nd mithun for their explicit help and support and for being there whenever needed. and thanks to the chef team also for the mouth watering food.

Staff is great from reception to restaurants, as always radisson blue making it great. Easy access to city centre and kochi fort. Rooms super clean and great view. I had a great experience, I came for a wedding and was easy to access to the venues.

Except for a small glitch regarding a delayed check-in to which the Front Desk more than co****sated by upgrading us to a higher catagory room which is highy appreciated. The Restaurant Personnel were absolutely professional and superbly courteous. We enjoyed every meal we had at the Restaurant. Akshay and Sarath from the House Keeping Team were absolutely fantastic 👏 All in All Great Team. Super Property 😌

An ok hotel for stay. Reception and front desk was small hence the initial feel is not that good as only limited seat for sitting during checkin wait as all seats were full with people who were having personal meetings. They gave us an upgrade to suit room. Room was good, spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was more with spring effect. Breakfast was ok. Checkout was fast. Very close to metro station so easy to commute to any part of city. Bar is very good and the Atmosphere was good to enjoy alone.

We decided to stay here after looking at the review but when we came to stay it wasn't the way it supposed to be. Very selected option for breakfast. Rooms were clean but the services are very slow. Location was not that good. However the entire experience was very poor in terms of overall services and the food quality.

This hotel was lovely. The staff, Neha ,Jishnu,monayara were super friendly. The food was excellent. The room was clean. However, the shower did not work… only the bath. Overall, a beautiful stay with great staff, food and views. Happy customer!

Radisson will always be my priority when it comes to hotel bookings. Radisson Kochi is non different. We had a pleasant time here for 6 nights. The rooms are good but few things need a renovation as they seem dull. AC works amazing compared to ***y other big brands. The breakfast spread earlier was more lavish but now it's limited to mainly Kerala cuisines only. Since we stayed for a week so it seemed repetitive. A parantha live section is required but may be they don't have more guests hailing from North hence it's missing. However the taste is good Room service - Housekeeping service is prompt and neat. Loved their services. Front desk need little attention while talking to guests as I think few are new to industry so they are in learning phase but still rudeness is nowhere appreciated. It was a memorable stay and wonderful hospitality. Special mention - Sanjura, Jesteena, ***oyara, Neha, Noyal 😊 They ate stars.

I booked a basic room that gave a suite room vibe. Breakfast had lots of options and varieties. For a family of 3, the room charge was very affordable and came with all necessary amenities. Staff was really attentive and kind to all our requirements.
