체크인부터 체크아웃까지 3일간의 모든 순간이 마치 집에 돌아온 것 같은 느낌이었고, ”친척과 친구”로 구성된 팀으로부터 보살핌과 보호를 받는 것 같았습니다. 프런트 데스크의 모든 분들이 매우 환영해주셨고, 우리가 머물렀던 날 밤에 결혼식이 있었는데도 불구하고 행사를 소홀히 하지 않으셨어요. 아침 식사가 풍성할 뿐만 아니라, 서빙하는 남자, 여자들이 모두 잘생기고, 예쁘고, 친절합니다. 저녁 뷔페도 맛있었습니다. 태국 레스토랑의 디자인(마지막 사진 몇 장)은 정말 놀랍습니다. 하지만 가장 놀라운 것은 청소팀이었습니다! 그녀는 자신이 해야 할 일을 신중하게 했을 뿐만 아니라, 나를 위해 정성스럽게 꽃과 꽃병을 준비해 주시고, 따뜻한 말씀도 남겨 주셨습니다. 나는 작업장에서 그들의 웃음소리를 여러 번 들었다. 고객 서비스 매니저, 아름다운 여성은 나와 바로 친해졌습니다. 내가 아침 비행기를 타야 한다는 것을 알고, 그녀는 내가 떠나기 전에 무료 차를 준비해 주었습니다. 수년간의 여행 끝에 이번에는 최고였습니다! 저는 경영진의 리더십에 매우 감사드립니다. 다음에 코친에 간다면 꼭 다시 여기 머물 것입니다.

비교적 신축 호텔로 객실은 많지 않지만, 서비스는 모든 단점을 상쇄하고도 남습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 뷔페도 괜찮았으며, 조용하고 평화로운 곳을 찾는다면 좋은 위치에 있고, 대형 쇼핑몰 바로 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다.

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

Had an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son. Even restaurant food was really good We were served very well by Athul there

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.
