버밍엄 조식 맛있는 호텔 예약

A/C (heating) was so load to the point I had to change rooms. Still, also in the new the noise from the A/C was considerable. Very casual guest group present (groups of teenagers). Staff were helpful and friendly. Way to the city centre and train station is somewhat dodgy at night. Rooms nice and modern.

우리는 더블 침대 2개가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. 남편이 브로드 스트리트에서 남자 친구들과의 밤나들이를 마치는 것을 기다리면서 먼저 체크인했습니다. 저는 도착했을 때 혼자였기 때문에 문에 경비가 정말 철저해서 고마웠습니다. 체크인하는 동안, 저는 리셉션 직원에게 남편이 오후 2시 이후에 저와 합류할 것이고 약간 기분이 나쁠 수도 있다고 말했습니다. 그들은 우리 둘의 연락처를 받고 저는 잠자리에 들었습니다. 오후 4시에 도착했는데, 남편이 전화를 걸어 들어오지 못하게 하겠다고 했습니다. 그래서 리셉션에 전화했더니 바로 문제가 해결되었습니다. 방은 완벽했고, 복도는 조용했고, 방은 깨끗했고, 모든 편의 시설, 옷장, 냉장고, 주전자가 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다! 저는 죽, 과일, 토스트를 좋아하는데, 남편은 프라이업을 먹었습니다. 오믈렛을 주문해서 만들어 주는 스테이션도 있습니다. 저는 분명히 다시 이곳을 예약할 것입니다. 왜냐하면 저희 친구들은 모두 브럼에 살고 있고, 직원, 객실, 호텔의 위치가 도보로 이동하기에 완벽하기 때문입니다.

흠잡을 데 없고 매우 깨끗합니다. 호텔 로비와 객실은 아트 갤러리와 같습니다. 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사도 매우 좋습니다. 빵, 우유, 과일은 셀프 서비스이며, 갓 조리한 따뜻한 식사를 주문하는 것이 추가 비용 없이 포함됩니다. 요금

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around. The room was quite spacious, which was nice since I stayed here with my partner for a Valentine’s Day trip. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom weren’t very stable.

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

좋은 일: 1. 주방, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 조리도구, 커피머신, 식기세척기가 있습니다. 2. 방에는 큰 침대가 있습니다 3. 거실에는 소파 베드가 있습니다. 4. 4명이 숙박할 수 있어 가족 여행에 적합합니다. 5. 샤워기 수압이 너무 세다. 나쁜 장소: 1. 객실 청소 비용은 1회당 £20입니다. 2. 수하물 보관 시 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 3. 11시 체크아웃 4. 체크아웃 시간 연장 시 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 5. 기름이나 소금은 제공되지 않았습니다. 3일밖에 머물지 못했는데 마트에서 큰 병의 기름과 소금을 사야했는데 다 못쓰면 너무 아깝습니다! 6. 수건은 교체되지 않습니다. 7. 호텔 홈페이지에서는 예약 가격이 최저라고 주장하지만 실제로는 다른 사이트보다 더 비쌉니다! 보다 비용 효율적인 Trip.com을 통해 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 8. 호텔 가격은 매일 크게 변동하므로 여러 날 연속 예약하면 더 비쌉니다! 날마다 갱신하면 저렴해지지만 번거롭다!

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
