MMadeline Kelley이것은 정말 멋진 숙박이었습니다! 직원, 특히 Gonzalo는 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 공항 교통편을 마련하는 것부터 현지에서 볼 장소에 대한 추천을 제공하는 것까지 일반적으로 매우 도움이 됩니다. 공간 자체는 안데스 산맥이 있는 호수가 내려다보이는 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있습니다. 방은 매력적이고 깨끗했습니다 - 바닥 난방이 있습니다!!! 위치가 Bariloche 중심에서 떨어져 있어서 훨씬 더 조용해서 마음에 들었습니다. 또한 하이킹을 하고 폭포를 볼 수 있는 놀라운 공원 바로 옆에 있습니다. 차가 필요하지는 않지만 아마도 차를 추천할 것입니다.

LLiThe hotel is located close to the central square. Very convenient. They provide hot and cold water All day. Everything is basic but meets my needs. Shower water is good. Breakfast is typical Argentina hotel’s continental menu, limited options. Staffs are friendly and helpful .

CCGOODAll staff are very friendly, polite, and nice. Thry make people feel very welcoming. They give good recommendations of restaurants. The hotel is older and at the center of everything which is convenient for the first time visitors to Bariloche. The rooms on the street side can be very noisy, but you can request for the quieter side.

KKazzy travelerNot sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it was a bit tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.

리리뷰어Hotel is very centrally located on a main shopping thoroughfare. Because of a fiesta it was noisy until about midnight. Very little English is spoken which was a problem when we asked for help with a cancelled flight. We moved to Hilton Hotel which was cheaper and much better in all respects.
Hotel Cristal is in need of updating. The Jacuzzi shower cubicle in our bathroom was extremely old and awkward to get in and out of and was totally useless. Only a spray head worked and the pressure was useless so goodness knows how it ever worked all the jets! Waited ages for hot water and then it would suddenly go freezing cold. Went for a drink in the bar and they could not offer a glass of wine. Wine only by the bottle! I asked about the notice saying Happy Hour and was told that was only if you had Campari or Vodka!
Buffet breakfast was fine.
Would I choose it again - no. Plenty other hotels in Bariloche.

AAlex john KinnearLoved my stay at plaza hotel, the views are amazing from the hotel. The free buffet breakfast far exceeded my expectations, I could get fruit salad, eggs on toast, juice, cakes and coffee. The staff were very friendly, and I would come back and stay here again. Thanks Alex

JJAEL S.좋은 서비스! 일반적으로 사람들은 너무 친절했습니다. 그래도 관리 문제로 한 캠퍼스에서 이틀을 머물고 예약했던 다른 캠퍼스로 이동해야 했습니다. 그러나 일반적으로 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 큰 슈퍼 맛있는 것이 아닙니다. 정상입니다.

리리뷰어Reception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨
Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)
