바(Bar)가 있는 컬럼비아 호텔 예약

이 호텔은 사우스 캐롤라이나 대학교와 매우 가까운 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 호텔은 또한 매일 오후 5시 이후에 이동 차량이 있으며, 슈퍼마켓에 쇼핑을 하러 가고, 레스토랑은 식사하기 매우 편리합니다.

씨트립에서 높은 점수를 받은 것을 보고 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 그러나 호텔에 도착했을 때 처음으로 방에있는 에어컨의 전체 껍질 마스크가 벗겨졌습니다. 호텔이 오해를 당할까 두려워 즉시 방을 바꾸라고 요청했습니다. 결과적으로 방은 도로에 가까웠습니다. 차는 밤새도록 으르렁 거리며 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 호텔의 유리는 매우 열악합니다. 나머지에 심각한 영향을 미치므로이 호텔을 신중하게 선택하십시오.

Highly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!

Housekeeping did not show up to room when scheduled.  Therefore room was not cleaned, bed not fixed and clean towels were provided until I went downstairs to request for towels. I was asked on day of departure if I was checking out.
