조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 뉴질랜드 사우스랜드 호텔

***********를 통해 성인 2명, 어린이 2명(16세, 14세)을 예약했습니다. 도착하자마자 3인용 방을 받았습니다. 저는 바로 주인에게 방이 4인용으로 예약되었다고 알리고 제 예약 내역을 보여주었습니다. 주인은 자신의 기록을 확인하고는 3인용이라고만 안내받았다고 말했습니다. 그는 4명이 묵을 수 있는 더 큰 방을 주겠다며 20달러를 추가로 요구했습니다. 저는 제 실수가 아니며 제 예약이 정확했기 때문에 추가 요금이 부과되지 않을 것이라고 말했습니다. 그는 마지못해 더 큰 방을 주겠다고 했습니다. 방은 2개짜리 좋은 방이었고, 남편과 이야기를 나눈 후, 제 예약이 4인용이었음에도 불구하고 리셉션으로 돌아가서 20달러를 더 주기로 했습니다. 저는 리셉션에 가서 아주 좋은 방이라 20달러를 더 줘도 괜찮다고 말했습니다. 그런데 그는 저를 완전히 놀라게 하며 ”그 정도는 해야죠. 숙소를 예약할 때는 인원을 정확히 맞춰야 하잖아요.”라고 말했습니다. 저희 실수가 전혀 아니었기에 저는 당황했습니다. 그는 너무 무례해서 마지못해 20달러를 더 주었습니다. 다시는 여기 묵지 않을 겁니다.

The room was small being disappointing from other good IBIS Hotels have had bigger. In this case the ceiling had mould which is not good at all being left there. I should have asked to change rooms but stayed in it with little window viewing as well along with ventilation. The hallway stinks of cooked Indian food they need to put in air fresheners to take that bad ordour away. The staff were friendly and amenities were very plentiful. Suggest to have bigger bowls and cups being very little to eat from. Car parking is a problem at this place either on the street paying for it from 8:00am to 5:00pm or over in a mall car park for $10.00 a night. So factor that in if staying here. Better to get a place that provides it as it was a hassle to be up at 8:00am to go downstairs and pay for this each morning. Overall for money and value feel could have done better else where.

호수 바로 옆에 있고 관광 센터까지 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있는 훌륭한 모텔입니다. 프론트 데스크의 서비스는 매우 좋았고 마을의 레스토랑과 엔터테인먼트를 열정적으로 추천했습니다. 객실과 홀은 그다지 크지 않지만 레이아웃이 합리적이고 매우 깨끗하며 모든 시설을 이용할 수 있습니다. 두 가지 작은 제안이 있습니다. 첫째, 쓰레기통이 하나이므로 복도에 하나 넣을 수 있습니다. 둘째, 침구와 쿠션을 적절하게 줄여 첫날밤에 들어갈 수 있습니다.

We stayed at The Langlands for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true celebration. The only downside was the external car parking. We had to wait 30 minutes for our car to be brought around at check-out, which was a bit of a letdown for such a high-end stay. Aside from the parking delay, it was a wonderful experience!

The hotel has entertainment facilities which are great for kids and families. Reasonable services.

전체적으로 괜찮은 3성급 호텔이라도 괜찮습니다! 저는 길가쪽, 동쪽쪽 방에 묵었기 때문에 더 더웠어요! 밤새 아무것도 덮지 않고 창문을 열어두고 잤어요! 방이 크지 않아서 3인 가족이 거의 살 수 있을 정도에요! 시내 중심가에 있기 때문에 보안상의 이유로 호텔은 밤 10시부터 오전 6시 사이에 문을 잠그는데 이상하네요! ! !

이곳에서 호수를 바라보며 호수 주변을 산책하며 뉴질랜드의 매력을 느낄 수 있는데, 그 옆에는 몇몇 스포츠 시설이 있어 꽤 재미있지만, 더위를 무서워한다면 에어컨이 없다. , 다른 건 다 괜찮으니 조심하세요.

이 호텔은 호수와 가깝고 서비스 직원은 매우 열정적입니다. 유일한 단점은 그의 차고를 무료로 사용할 수 있다는 것입니다. 미리 예약해야 합니다.

We had a spacious room, room has fantastic sea view, room is 1 minute walk to the beach, can see dolphins in the evening. Motel near to the Penguin walk area and few hiking trails.Kitchen has stove, hot plate but no oven. Only knew the washer available on common area after check out. As our car break down, friendly host allowed us to use the common toilet and offer us drinks while waiting for technical.

We stayed in carriage room and we had amazing experience. The room decorated with vintage furniture and my favourite is the bathtub. It has very unique old fashioned design but works perfectly. Breakfast ? Served with love in warm dining room.
