휴가를 위해 부모님과 함께 동유섬 호텔에 갔습니다. 하우스키퍼 보니는 매우 열정적이고 배려심이 깊으며 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 체크인도 해주시고, 전망이 좋은 방을 업그레이드해 주셨고, 여분의 침대와 여분의 이불, 온천도 준비해 주셨습니다. , 그녀의 여행 계획을 공유했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원, 컨시어지 직원, 객실 직원 및 레스토랑 웨이터는 정중하고 세심하며 부지런하고 접근하기 쉬웠습니다. 모두 우리를 놀라게 했습니다. 집처럼 느껴져요. 호텔은 완벽한 시설을 갖추고 있으며 객실은 넓고 밝으며 배치가 합리적입니다. 집 밖에서 보이는 것은 유다이 해변을 비롯해 강과 바다가 교차하는 아름다운 풍경이다. 발코니에서 사진을 찍고 일출을 감상할 수 있어 가족이 차를 마시며 담소를 나눌 수 있어 매우 편안하고 기분이 좋습니다. 호텔의 아름다운 환경, 편안한 온천, 세심한 서비스 덕분에 우리는 다시 이곳에 머물기로 결정했습니다.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made my stay more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring the room was tidy each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, which were convenient and well kept.

房間佈局合理，超級乾淨！酒店建築和裝飾是地中海風格，非常適合情侶出遊或帶孩子遊玩，酒店設施齊全，觀海，觀日出，看煙花效果絕佳！工作人員服務一流！雙人魚療項目和游泳池因天氣冷沒有開放。特色下午茶和晚間茶歇很貼人心，早餐非常豐盛，初一早上早餐時，在餐廳裝扮成聖誕長者的工作人員給住店客人挨個的發紅包，絕對是加分項！第二天上午九點半，酒店工作人員帶着住店客人去參觀和講解酒店內的各種熱帶植物，並有小童遊玩，品嚐椰子，採摘椰子，套圈抽獎等等項目，超五星好評！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is perfect—about 500 meters away from the crowded beach area, so it is peaceful but still highly accessible. Because it is slightly removed from the heavy crowds, the property is much cleaner and newer, and we noticed significantly fewer mosquitoes compared to the hotels right on the crowded strip.The amenities are great and offer excellent value for money. There is a washing machine available in the room, which was incredibly useful, though do note there is no dryer. However, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and quickly provided us with plenty of extra hangers when we requested them.

주차도 편리하고 방도 꽤 크고 깨끗하고 위생적이며 커뮤니티에 있는 수영장도 좋고 며칠 묵었는데 전반적으로 좋습니다. 발코니에 큰 욕조가 있는데 사실 쓸모가 없는데 우리가 필요한 주방이 없습니다. 예약에는 주방이 있다고 나와 있었는데 프런트에서는 스위트룸에서만 사용할 수 있다고 해서 어쩔 수 없이 갔습니다. 일찍 떠나서 조금 아쉬웠어요.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. Of course, you can hear a cart with a clean belt going from floors to 8:30 in the morning, but this is not a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea

房間巨幕投影畫質絕、音效棒，私人影院既視感拉滿。24小時入住超靈活，不用趕時間太省心。早餐品類豐富，味道在線。居然還有洗衣房，長途出行超方便，前台的百寶箱更是救急神器。床品舒適、衞生乾淨，工作人員熱情高效。位置便利，情侶約會或朋友小聚都適配，性價比拉滿₍₍Ϡ（੭•̀ω•́）੭✧⃛

這家酒店位置特別好，樓下就是銀海雜糧街，周邊美食扎堆，出行逛街都很便利。房間收拾得乾淨整潔，佈局舒適通透，床品柔軟親膚，住着安靜又放鬆。特別誇讚自助洗衣服務，設備嶄新好用，洗烘一體很省心，還配備洗護用品，旅途換洗衣物特別方便，對於長時間出行太實用了。

객실은 넓었고, 오래된 5성급 호텔을 연상시키는 스타일로 꾸며져 있었습니다. 다만, 인테리어가 약간 오래된 느낌이었습니다. 옆에는 국제적인 호텔이 있었습니다. 주인분은 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 저를 위해 고층 객실을 예약해 주셨는데 정말 우연이었죠! 발코니에서 바다가 보이는 멋진 전망을 즐길 수 있어 위치도 최고였습니다. 주인분을 만나 뵙지 못해 아쉽지만, 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

이 호텔에 큰 칭찬을 드리고 싶습니다! 집사 서비스가 너무 좋습니다. 방을 열었을 때 체크인 지침을 소개합니다. 이해하기 쉽습니다. 공원이 꽤 크고 길을 잃기 쉽습니다. 방에 들어서자마자 방이 너무 편하고 위생상태도 아주좋고 구석구석도 아주 깨끗합니다. 바다를 마주하고 있는 방은 그림처럼 아름답고 발코니에서 바다를 볼 수 있지만 흐린 날이 가장 아름답지 않을 때 가격이 정말 너무 저렴합니다. 이 숙박 경험은 훌륭합니다!
