호텔은 잘 위치하고 있으며 현지 관광 명소와 가까우며 관광 명소를 방문 할 필요가 없으며 서비스가 훌륭하고 직원이 친절합니다. 운이 좋으면 현지 유명 인사도 만날 수 있습니다. 음식은 정통 맛으로 훌륭합니다. 편의 시설은 충분하며 휴식을 취하고 즐길 수 있습니다.

Good stay, prominent location, room was big for a single person, faced little challenge in communication with english initially, but it was sorted out by makemytrip customer executive. Staff helped arrange a cab with english speaking person.

Location, food and services - excellent ! Amenities - need attention - cupboard shutters not closing properly, TV too small in size for the room, entrance door couldn't be operated using the key card alone and so had to use manual key for the door and card for electricity supply control, the WC and in particular it's flooring is not senior citizen friendly. Overall a good experience. I recently stayed at hotel greenland elegant in kolhapur. Overall, my experience was okay. The rooms were good and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the tv was not recharged, leading to non-functional channels, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast offered was decent and front desk staff was polite, adding a positive note to the stay.

Rooms were clean but because they had plenty of guests to cater too service was not up to the mark. The bathroom taps went dry when we checked in at 6.30 pm and even in the morning they were dry. Instead of being apologetic about the inconvenience they were trying to justify it. Room service from their restaurant was super slow. it took them close to an hr to send just few chapatis, dal fry and steam rice which was absolutely cold ( not even warm).

My stay at city crown hotel was amazing and relaxing. The hotel room was comfortable for four people. The food provided by the hotel was tasty and the view showcased by the rooftop resteraunt was beautiful. Loved my relaxing stay there.

호텔 침대는 좋지 않았습니다. 킹 베드를 예약했지만 2 개의 싱글 침대가 함께 결합되어 리셉션 직원이 없었습니다. 뜨거운 물이 없습니다. 이미지가 찍히지 않았습니다. 전화가 작동하지 않았습니다. 리셉션까지 걸어가서 도움을 받거나 주문해야 할 때마다 식수가 제공되지 않은 호텔에 매우 불만족했습니다.
