SSoesianty호텔은 역 근처에있어 처음으로 루르드를 방문한 사람들에게는 정말 편리합니다. 길을 건너기만 하면 됩니다. 인테리어가 정말 멋져 보이고 직원들이 친절합니다. 방도 좋고 충분히 큽니다. 성역 근처에도 있어 도보로 몇 분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 우리의 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 베스트 웨스턴에 정말 감사합니다!!

우리는 Lourdes의 Hotel Lutetia에서 멋진 숙박을했습니다. 위치는 절대적으로 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 기차역에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에있어 도착 및 출발이 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 인상적으로 넓고 깨끗하며 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 모든 것이 신선하고 깔끔한 느낌이 들었고 현대적인 엘리베이터 접근으로 특히 수하물을 가지고 이동하기가 쉬웠습니다.
또 다른 큰 장점은 Grotto와 Basilica에 쉽게 도달할 수 있는 위치에 있어 방문을 원활하고 스트레스 없이 만들었습니다. 또한 근처에 먹을 수 있는 좋은 장소가 많이 있으므로 식사 옵션이 부족하지 않습니다.
정말 눈에 띄는 것은 직원들의 친절함이었습니다. 그들은 환영하고 도움이되었고 우리의 체류를 더욱 즐겁게 만들었습니다.
전반적으로 편안함, 편리함 및 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 루르드를 방문하는 모든 사람에게 적극 권장됩니다!

리리뷰어매우 따뜻하고 아늑하며 아름다운 내 방에서 강의 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 직원은 예외적이었고 매우 친절했으며 도움이 되었습니다. 저는 자정쯤에 짐을 꾸릴 때 사용할 셀로테이프를 요청했고, 직원들은 저를 수용하기 위해 그 이상을 해주었습니다. 또한 좋은 점은, 체크인 시 두 명의 사랑스러운 직원이 내 예약에 아침 식사가 포함되어 있다고 말했을 때 놀랐습니다. 나는 그들이 실수한 줄 알았고 그래서 대부분의 시간을 보낼 것이기 때문에 아침 식사를 포함하지 않았다고 분명히 밝혔습니다. 밖에서 시간을 보내고 파리로 일찍 비행기를 탔는데 그들은 '샌드위치를 만들어 주거나 과일과 함께 가벼운 아침 식사를 포장해 줄 수 있다'고 주장하며 최고를 넘어섰습니다. 정말 놀랍고 훌륭한 서비스였습니다.
대성당, 상점, 레스토랑과 가까운 훌륭한 위치. 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하여 추천하고 싶습니다.

We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

IIsamThe lady receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, she even checked me early so big thank you to her. Mr Miguel the receptionist was such a lovely man but Mr Jan the receptionist was a bit harsh in his responses to people and was treating guests as they are stupid, very sad to see that Infront of me. The room is nice and big and well maintained. The breakfast costs 10 euros which includes a variety of fruits, pork sausages, omelette, ham, cheese and other basics, it's the same every day. The location is super a few minutes away from the Lourdes Basilica making it a great stay for those interested in visiting St Lourdes.

EEdigonzaloThe hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.

KKok HongThe hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

NnursewandererI arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated.
As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash.
The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

리리뷰어Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.
