Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

이번이 에픽 호텔에 두 번째 숙박이었습니다. 첫 번째는 정확히 2년 전이었죠. 두 해 사이에 몇 가지 차이점을 발견했습니다. 첫째는 발렛 파킹 요금이었습니다. 올해는 이전보다 상당히 올랐고, 브리켈 지역의 다른 호텔들과 비교해도 매우 비쌌습니다(1박당 58달러 + 세금). (비수기에는 이 호텔에서 1박에 200달러 정도면 방을 구할 수 있다는 점을 고려하면 더욱 그렇습니다.) 또 다른 차이점은 룸서비스였습니다. 객실에 커피 머신이 없을 뿐더러, 커피 한 잔에 서비스 요금을 포함해서 25달러를 지불해야 했습니다. 한번은 룸서비스로 소금을 주문했는데, 배달원이 한 손에는 작은 소금 봉지를, 다른 한 손에는 4.99달러짜리 소금 계산서를 들고 왔습니다. 정말 어이가 없었죠. :)) 말씀드렸듯이 이번이 에픽 호텔에 두 번째 숙박이었지만, 세 번째 여행 때는 다른 호텔로 옮길까 고민 중입니다.

주니어 킹 스위트룸의 경우 실망했습니다. 미니 냉장고도 없고, 실제 유리 제품이나 그릇(종이컵만)도 없고, 물병도 없고, 가운도 없고, 슬리퍼도 없습니다. 욕실에는 샴푸와 컨디셔너가 있었지만 샤워 젤은 없었습니다. 미니 비누 바는 싱크대 옆에 있었는데, 이미 샤워를 하고 난 후에 발견한 것이었습니다. 체육관은 일반적인 편의시설(수건과 과일 포함)로 깨끗했습니다. 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았습니다(메뉴에서 보면 뷔페식 아침 식사가 일반적인 초보적인 요금과 비슷해 보였습니다). 레스토랑에는 플레이스매트가 없었고 사용한 커피/티스푼을 놓을 접시도 없었습니다(커피와 차는 머그잔에 제공되었으나 괜찮지만 접시를 가져오세요!). 다음날 아침 포터는 매우 미안해했고(슬프게도 그의 이름은 더 이상 기억나지 않으며 S로 시작합니다) 그 덕분에 우리는 힐튼 호텔에 또 다른 기회를 줄 수 있을 것이라고 생각했습니다.

호텔이 정말 새롭네요! 시내 중심가에 위치해 있어 매우 편리하고, 근처에 메트로오버(무료 버스) 정류장이 있어 대중교통 이용도 간편합니다! (커뮤니티 역에서 걸어서 몇 분 거리입니다.) 이번에는 오션뷰 투룸 스위트를 예약했는데, 침실 하나는 바다가 바로 내려다보이는 환상적인 전망을 자랑했어요! 다른 침실도 멋진 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 스위트룸은 거의 100제곱미터에 달하는 넓은 공간으로 가족 여행에 딱이었어요! 다음에 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다. 감사합니다!

New, small hotel in a great location. Had a fresh free breakfast and even bikes for use! My only gripe was the check-in process, which is online since no employees are present at the hotel, but Trip.com sends no advance information on it so you have to do it when you arrive (see my favorite meme pictured for directions on how to check-in)

호텔에 들어가는 순간부터 사랑스러운 냄새가 나고, 프론트 데스크 서비스가 훌륭하고, 공항과 가깝고, 방이 매우 편안하고, 깨끗하고, 아침 식사가 완벽하고, 환승 서비스가 좋습니다. 의심

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
