You can immediately notice that almost everything inside is new and extremely well maintained. The cleanliness is outstanding. I have stayed in more than 100 hostels around the world, and this is honestly one of the cleanest hostels I have ever experienced, if not the cleanest. Another thing that deserves special mention is the facilities available to guests. The hostel has a refrigerator, which is surprisingly uncommon in many hostels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. A dining area with a table is available as well, making it comfortable to sit down and eat. The hostel also provides free laundry facilities. Washing detergent is included, so you can do your laundry at no extra cost. There is even a dedicated area where you can hang your clothes to dry afterwards, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers and backpackers. The hostel is located on the 25th floor and offers fantastic views of the city. It is also very quiet, making it a great place to rest after a day of exploring. The host is an incredibly kind and caring woman who genuinely looks after her guests. She checks on your arrival, asks about your travel plans, gives recommendations on what to see in the city, and even suggests local food and dishes to try. You can really feel that she wants every guest to have a pleasant stay. Although she does not speak English, communication is still surprisingly easy thanks to the AI translation available through Trip.com. We had no significant communication problems during my stay. If the owner continues improving her English over time, I honestly believe this could become one of the best hostels in Nanning. She has a genuinely kind heart, and her hospitality is exceptional. I will remember this stay for a very long time. It was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had, and I would happily stay here again.

이곳을 발견하고 정말 기뻤습니다. 예약할 때 할인이 적용되어서 가격도 매우 합리적이었고, 인테리어도 현대적이고 독특했으며 매우 깨끗했습니다. 지하철역과 가까워서 교통도 편리했습니다. 근처에 맛있는 음식이 가득한 야시장도 있습니다. 다음 출장에도 꼭 다시 이곳을 선택할 것입니다.

방은 사진과 똑같았고, 트윈룸 2개를 예약했습니다. 방은 매우 넓고 인테리어도 아늑했으며 위생 상태도 좋았습니다. 호텔 건물 외관은 좀 낡았지만, 방은 아주 새것 같았습니다. 호텔 위치는 삼가량항(三街两巷) 바로 옆이라 쇼핑하고 식사하기 매우 편리했습니다. 아래층 페이졔 식당(肥姐生料)은 저렴하고 맛있습니다. 난닝은 방문할 가치가 충분한 도시입니다.

비교적 새롭고 좋은 서비스 태도, 매우 깨끗하고 방이 꽤 크고 방음 효과가 좋으며 옷걸이가 매우 개방적이며 소파가 있으며 좌석이 많습니다. 단점은 에어컨 소리가 좀 시끄럽고 샴푸가 너무 건조하다는 점입니다. 전반적인 추천!

來鳳凰湖公園遊玩，就近選了賓陽宜朵酒店鳳凰湖公園店，出發之前看評論褒貶不一，心裏還有點猶豫，害怕期望太高會失望。住進房間之後才發現，實際體驗遠比想象中要好很多。出門在外住宿，我最看重的就是衞生狀況，不乾淨的房間住多久都覺得渾身不自在，這家酒店完全打消了我的顧慮。保潔人員打掃得非常用心，床品更換得很徹底，床單被罩平整沒有褶皺，摸起來乾淨柔軟；桌椅、窗台、衣櫃內部都認真擦拭過，沒有積灰，就連垃圾桶都是嶄新的垃圾袋，細節處理得很到位。衞生間是我重點留意的區域，沒有潮濕發黴的味道，地漏清理得很乾凈不會堵塞，洗漱用品擺放整齊，整個空間清爽整潔。設施方面也可圈可點，各種設備都比較新，沒有老化損壞的問題。燈光亮度剛剛好，不管是休息還是坐着玩手機都很舒服；網絡信號穩定，追劇辦公都不會卡頓。衞生間的智能設施使用起來很順手，出水流暢，整體佈局合理，用起來十分方便。一整天在外遊玩奔波，回到整潔舒適的房間裏，疲憊一下子就緩解了，沒有花裏胡哨的裝飾，勝在乾淨實用，性價比在賓陽算得上很不錯了。

방이 어둡고 냄새도 났어요. 위아래로 이동하는 게 정말 불편했는데, 엘리베이터가 너무 안 와서 기다리기 힘들었고, 항상 만원이더라고요. 한 번에 탈 수 있는 인원도 적고요. 엘리베이터 기다리는 곳은 또 얼마나 더운지. 방 세 개를 예약했는데 다들 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 난다고 했어요. 트윈룸 바닥은 엄청 더러웠고, 커튼을 잡아당기니 먼지가 한가득 쏟아졌어요. 이그제큐티브룸 화장실 문은 고장 나서 잘 닫히지도 않았고, 다음 날에는 아예 잠겨서 열리지도 않았어요. 게다가 안쪽 방 에어컨은 약해서 시원하지도 않았습니다.

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

이 게스트하우스에서의 숙박은 정말 최고였어요! 위치가 정말 환상적이었어요. 버스 정류장 바로 옆에 있고 지하철역까지 걸어서 몇 분 거리라 시내 쇼핑이나 역 이동에 정말 편리했어요. 가장 좋았던 점은 동물원과 샹시 타운과 가깝다는 거였어요! 아침에는 동물원까지 여유롭게 걸어가서 귀여운 동물들을 보고, 오후에는 샹시 타운으로 가서 사진도 찍고 둘러보며 여유롭게 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 정말 편안하고 스트레스 없이 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 게스트하우스도 깨끗하고 편안했고, 사장님도 정말 친절하고 도움이 많이 되셔서 문제가 생기면 바로 해결해 주셨어요. 다음에 이 지역에 오면 꼭 다시 이곳을 선택할 거예요. 동물원과 샹시 타운으로 편리하게 이동하고 싶은 분들께 강력 추천합니다!

객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 모든 편의 시설이 완벽했습니다. 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 따뜻하고 세심하게 배려해 주셨어요! 사진과 완벽하게 일치해서 제 취향에 딱 맞았어요! 시내 중심가의 기차역과 지하철역과도 매우 가까워요!

장점: * 체크인 정보 제공이 신속했습니다. * 29층 객실에 발코니가 있어 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. * 위치가 훌륭했습니다. * 세탁기와 충분한 건조 공간이 마련되어 있었습니다. * 와이파이가 잘 되었습니다. 단점: * 개인 숙소입니다. 현지인들과 어울리고 싶은 분들에게는 좋을 수 있습니다. * 욕실을 공용으로 사용해야 합니다. 단점: * 문이 속이 빈 금속 재질이라 외부 소음을 차단하기는커녕 오히려 증폭시킵니다. * 도어락에 윤활유를 발라야 할 것 같습니다. 불필요하게 시끄러운 소리가 납니다. 옆방 소음 때문에 잠에서 깨는 것을 좋아하는 사람은 아무도 없습니다.
