Despite having only a small number of reviews, I believe this is mainly because the hostel is still very new. You can immediately notice that almost everything inside is new and extremely well maintained. The cleanliness is outstanding. I have stayed in more than 100 hostels around the world, and this is honestly one of the cleanest hostels I have ever experienced, if not the cleanest. Another thing that deserves special mention is the facilities available to guests. The hostel has a refrigerator, which is surprisingly uncommon in many hostels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. A dining area with a table is available as well, making it comfortable to sit down and eat. The hostel also provides free laundry facilities. Washing detergent is included, so you can do your laundry at no extra cost. There is even a dedicated area where you can hang your clothes to dry afterwards, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers and backpackers. The hostel is located on the 25th floor and offers fantastic views of the city. It is also very quiet, making it a great place to rest after a day of exploring. The host is an incredibly kind and caring woman who genuinely looks after her guests. She checks on your arrival, asks about your travel plans, gives recommendations on what to see in the city, and even suggests local food and dishes to try. You can really feel that she wants every guest to have a pleasant stay. Although she does not speak English, communication is still surprisingly easy thanks to the AI translation available through Trip.com. We had no significant communication problems during my stay. If the owner continues improving her English over time, I honestly believe this could become one of the best hostels in Nanning. She has a genuinely kind heart, and her hospitality is exceptional. I will remember this stay for a very long time. It was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had, and I would happily stay here again.

真的太愛這家青旅啦！作為背包客，已經二刷了～這裏設施很貼心，有洗衣機，洗衣超方便；還有床頭水，晚上渴了不用到處找水喝。而且有陽台，能吹吹風、看看風景，很愜意。房間佈置得也很温馨，住起來特別舒服，強烈推薦給各位背包小夥伴！

방은 사진과 똑같았고, 트윈룸 2개를 예약했습니다. 방은 매우 넓고 인테리어도 아늑했으며 위생 상태도 좋았습니다. 호텔 건물 외관은 좀 낡았지만, 방은 아주 새것 같았습니다. 호텔 위치는 삼가량항(三街两巷) 바로 옆이라 쇼핑하고 식사하기 매우 편리했습니다. 아래층 페이졔 식당(肥姐生料)은 저렴하고 맛있습니다. 난닝은 방문할 가치가 충분한 도시입니다.

호텔은 Qingxiu Mountain까지 택시를 타는 것이 편리하며, 문 앞에는 3번가와 2번 골목과 같은 명소까지 가까운 거리에 공유 전기 자동차가 많이 있습니다. 문이 눈에 띄고 직원들은 좋은 서비스 태도와 더 세심합니다. 세탁 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 연고의 파리는 방의 세면대 램프를 끌 수 없다는 것입니다. 2박 후에는 조명을 끄기 위해 카드를 뽑아야 합니다.

來鳳凰湖公園遊玩，就近選了賓陽宜朵酒店鳳凰湖公園店，出發之前看評論褒貶不一，心裏還有點猶豫，害怕期望太高會失望。住進房間之後才發現，實際體驗遠比想象中要好很多。出門在外住宿，我最看重的就是衞生狀況，不乾淨的房間住多久都覺得渾身不自在，這家酒店完全打消了我的顧慮。保潔人員打掃得非常用心，床品更換得很徹底，床單被罩平整沒有褶皺，摸起來乾淨柔軟；桌椅、窗台、衣櫃內部都認真擦拭過，沒有積灰，就連垃圾桶都是嶄新的垃圾袋，細節處理得很到位。衞生間是我重點留意的區域，沒有潮濕發黴的味道，地漏清理得很乾凈不會堵塞，洗漱用品擺放整齊，整個空間清爽整潔。設施方面也可圈可點，各種設備都比較新，沒有老化損壞的問題。燈光亮度剛剛好，不管是休息還是坐着玩手機都很舒服；網絡信號穩定，追劇辦公都不會卡頓。衞生間的智能設施使用起來很順手，出水流暢，整體佈局合理，用起來十分方便。一整天在外遊玩奔波，回到整潔舒適的房間裏，疲憊一下子就緩解了，沒有花裏胡哨的裝飾，勝在乾淨實用，性價比在賓陽算得上很不錯了。

방이 어둡고 냄새도 났어요. 위아래로 이동하는 게 정말 불편했는데, 엘리베이터가 너무 안 와서 기다리기 힘들었고, 항상 만원이더라고요. 한 번에 탈 수 있는 인원도 적고요. 엘리베이터 기다리는 곳은 또 얼마나 더운지. 방 세 개를 예약했는데 다들 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 난다고 했어요. 트윈룸 바닥은 엄청 더러웠고, 커튼을 잡아당기니 먼지가 한가득 쏟아졌어요. 이그제큐티브룸 화장실 문은 고장 나서 잘 닫히지도 않았고, 다음 날에는 아예 잠겨서 열리지도 않았어요. 게다가 안쪽 방 에어컨은 약해서 시원하지도 않았습니다.

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

이 에어비앤비는 정말 기분 좋은 놀라움이었어요! 위치가 정말 환상적이었어요. 지하철역에서 불과 몇백 미터 거리에 있고, 쇼핑몰과 명소까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 대중교통 이용에 큰 불편함이 없었어요. 방은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고, 침구는 정말 부드러워서 밤새 푹 잤어요. 자연광도 훌륭했고, 낮에는 커튼을 치면 방이 밝고 통풍이 잘 되어 책을 읽거나 휴식을 취하기에 완벽했어요. 호스트도 정말 친절하셨어요. 체크인 안내를 미리 보내주시고, 위챗으로 궁금한 점이 있으면 신속하고 친절하게 답변해 주셨어요. 심지어 방에 간식과 생수도 제공해 주셨어요. 정말 세심한 배려였답니다! 전반적으로 마치 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌이었고, 호텔보다 가성비가 훨씬 좋았어요. 다음에 이 도시에 오면 꼭 다시 이곳을 선택할 거예요!

호텔은 깨끗하고 위생적입니다. 가장 중요한 것은 서비스가 매우 좋다는 것입니다. 소통도 원활합니다. 문의 사항이 있으면 고객센터로 연락하세요. 제가 이곳을 선택한 이유는 교통이 매우 편리하기 때문입니다. 50m 거리에 지하철 입구가 있습니다. 지하철에 탑승하면 난닝역으로 가는 출구로 환승할 수 있습니다. 어디든 가기가 정말 편리합니다.

영어: 객실은 넓고 환경이 좋았습니다. 고층 건물이었고 주변에 많은 레스토랑이 있었으며 지하철역에서 도보로 약 5분, 난닝 역에서 도보로 10분 거리였습니다. 서비스는 괜찮았습니다. 하루 전에 예약했고 주인이 먼저 객실을 확인하게 해주었습니다. 적합하지 않으면 예약을 취소할 수 있었습니다. 이것이 올바른 방법입니다. 미리 알리고 적합하지 않으면 예약을 취소하는 것입니다. 시설은 괜찮았습니다. 프로젝터가 있었고 입구의 천장 조명이 작동하지 않았으며 객실 전체에 스포트라이트만 있었고 발코니 천장에는 조명이 없었습니다. 욕실에는 쪼그리고 앉는 변기가 있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 샤워기가 너무 낮게 설치되어 샤워하기가 매우 불편했다는 것입니다. 에어컨은 잘 작동했고 조용했습니다! 도마, 칼, 냄비, 그릇, 젓가락, 숟가락을 제공했습니다. 인덕션 쿡탑과 밥솥도 있었습니다. 최악이었던 건 청결이었어요. 청소가 매일 하는 게 아니었거든요 (플랫폼에는 안 적혀 있었거든요). 이틀 반 동안 묵었는데, 둘째 날 오후 2시쯤 되어도 청소가 안 왔어요. 주인에게 연락했더니 청소부를 보내준다고 하더군요. 30분을 기다렸지만 청소부는 여전히 오지 않았어요. 주인에게 연락했지만, 더 이상 청소할 필요가 없다고 하더군요! 저는 놀러 나갔거든요! 다른 건 괜찮아요. 놀러 나갔을 때 사장님이 우산까지 빌려주셨어요!
