'호텔은 도로에 있으며 호텔에서 도보로 불과 몇 분 거리에 있기 때문에 더블린에서 골웨이로 여행하는 경우 매우 편리합니다. 침대는 편안하고 아침 식사는 뷔페입니다.'

'Hôtel d’un aspect très cocooning, par contre quel désastre concernant les planchers des chambres les pas des voisins se répercutent dans les chambres c’est un enfer, le ménage des chambres pourrai être un peu plus soigné, poussière présente . Sans ce point noir cet hôtel serai super, le personnel est sympathique les communs sont agréables. Dommage sans travaux d’isolation des nuisances sonores internes impossible de passer un bon séjour.'

'The location is good, close to restaurants and supermarkets. I didn’t like that so many things were broken. The shelf in the bathroom was loose and tilted, the wall lights next to the beds needed tightened as well, as they flipped on the side. The bathroom door handle and lock didn’t work. We had some long dark hair in our room. A lot was broken or crooked. It was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. The girl at the desk was not very knowledgeable regarding her surroundings. I’ve asked about the Burren.  The Italian restaurant was good, the breakfast in the morning was good as well. However I emailed the hotel for gluten free options but I didn’t get any.'

'Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out. I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean. I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean. Breakfast was great, delicious.'

'This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔 As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏'
