'The rooms were clean and amenities were proper and functioning. The pool was clean and there were great trees and plants near the rooms. Food was on point and the resort was within walking distance of arambol beach. All necessary items are nearby the resort. Owner umesh definitely has done a great job at hospitality and is a very down to earth person.'

'Room preference given to international tourist first, then to indians. Have been staying at the same hotel for 5 years now for every year, knowing the manager/caretaker. The only negative point about this place, else wont be staying there on every trip. Everything else is up to the standards. But when you feel a sense of partial behavior between customers, its okay to express your views.'

'We have booked the room on the top floor with the ocean view. Not the hotel of the dream, but it was clean, hot water 24 hours, no insects! By the surprise there was not a balcony in the room, but we were sure it should be in our room type, but some people use the common balcony to dry the clothes). It was super, that the beach and the cafes were very close to the hotel! Nice view also is good point of this place🫶'

'It’s a newly built property just 600m from arambol beach. This property has a really spacious rooms. They have both ac and non ac rooms. While i stayed in the hotel their kitchen was not started yet so they were arranging food from the restaurant next door. For me it was not a problem as i had my breakfast in germane bakery which is right next to the hotel and for the lunch and dinner i was on the beach so i preferred shacks. But they were providing delivery service in the rooms. If you have any problem while your stay please contact mr. Khaleem he is very sweet and helpful guy and solves any problem in no time. Will be staying again here very soon for sure.'

'Мне понравилось мое проживание в этом хостеле , бюджетно, есть бесплатный куллер с водой. Не далеко от центра и автобусной остановки. Белье чистое , в моем номере был балкон . И даже гамак на балконе😂👍 В комнате есть шкаф для одежды , железные ящики в которые можно убрать ценные вещи под замок. Персонал дружелюбный, есть место где можно приготовить себе еду. Все понравилось,👍'
