We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. Hotel located near to pasar payang, mayang mall, pantai batu buruk & a lot of shop & food around the corner. Friday got pasar malam very near to the hotel so can try local food. Hotel is clean & nice bed. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Got room service until 2am & the food serve quite good. Try their spring roll. Really good & crispy. Spend 2 night here & definately will come again. I can see the famous bridge from my room too.

I stayed at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu and found the location excellent, close to attractions like Pasar Payang and the Crystal Mosque. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and nice. My room was clean with basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and dining at Jala Mas Coffee House was average. Overall, the hotel is quite suitable for travelers seeking affordability.

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

I am a regular customer for this hotel for the past 5 years, every month i will stay in this hotel 1-2 times for 3 nights, my most prefer hotel during my stay in Kuala Terengganu

5성급 호텔을 기대하지 마세요. 하지만 부드러운 침대가 있습니다. 따뜻한 샤워와 차가운 에어컨. 하룻밤의 휴식에 완벽합니다. 놀랍게도 이 호텔은 객실에서 흡연을 허용하기 때문에 어떤 사람들에게는 꺼림칙할 수 있습니다.

이 호텔은 Chukai의 부티크 호텔 중에서 훨씬 낫습니다. 비즈니스 여행객에게 적합합니다. 도보 거리를 기준으로 먹을 것을 찾는 것이 실제로 편리하지 않습니다. 그러나 전반적으로 직장에서 돌아온 후 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 곳입니다.

완벽한 시설을 갖춘 멋진 객실. 매트리스 만 이미 부드럽습니다. 위치가 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 키 피킹 시스템이 약간 혼란 스럽습니다.

호텔은 작지만 전반적으로 괜찮 았고 다음 출장을 위해 여기로 돌아올 것입니다.

The room is a bit old and ruined, however the lcation is good. The room just near a main road and opposite of school so it's a bit noisy at time. Could get a better room with the price, however not so much option in kemaman

제가 갔을 때, 이곳은 중국 설날을 맞아 문을 연 유일한 호텔이었기 때문에 방문하는 사람이 많지 않았고, 호텔 경험은 완벽했습니다. 호텔 앞에는 얕은 해변이 있습니다. 아름다운 전망이 보이는 절벽 바다 전망 객실, 해변과 레스토랑과 가까운 가든 스위트 등 다양한 객실 유형 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 호텔에는 서양 음식, 해변 바베큐 바, 동남아시아 요리 등 4개의 레스토랑이 있습니다. 조식은 다양하고 망고 스티키 라이스와 같은 숨겨진 메뉴가 있습니다. 수상 비행기(시간과 노력을 절약할 수 있지만 일반적으로 특정 시간에만 이용 가능) 등 다양한 교통 수단을 이용할 수 있으며, 먼저 쿠알라룸푸르에 도착한 후 트렝가누로 이동하여 호텔 스피드보트나 중간 보트를 이용할 수도 있습니다(하지만 중간 보트는 전체 여정이 굽이굽이하고 시간을 조절하기 어려우며 부두가 약간 더럽기 때문에 권장하지 않습니다). 호텔에는 섬 탐험, 스노클링, 딥 다이빙 등에 참여할 수 있는 자체 다이빙 클럽이 있습니다. 수영장, 깨끗한 체육관, 체스와 카드 테이블, 당구대 및 기타 시설도 있습니다. 호텔에는 체크인을 위한 중국인 접수원, 손님을 픽업하는 비즈니스 카, 객실로 짐을 배달하는 전기 카가 있습니다. 서비스는 세부 사항으로 가득합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 거북이 풀어주기 활동이 제공되어서 어린이를 데리고 가기에 적합합니다.

위치는 조금 외진 곳에 있지만 부두와 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔은 유료 보트를 제공하여 Summer Tea에 갈 수 있으며 다른 해변으로 택시를 부르는 데도 도움이 될 수 있습니다. .

The tv is not working Cats are fighting at the balcony n u could hrar the sound of waves I guess it s a bit pricy on normal days Due to the location near the sea, there is big erosion n the house is standing uneven . A bit funny though

장소는 섬 표준에 비해 다소 부족합니다. 샤워실과 욕실에는 정말 사랑이 필요합니다. 벽이 매우 얇아서 근처에서 다소 시끄럽습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 매력적이지 않으며 맵지 않은 추가 옵션과 구운 콩을 데우는 것과 같은 간단한 것입니다. 친절한 직원이지만 근처에 시도해야 할 스노클링 장비가 없습니다(바쁜 경우 어려울 수 있음).

Convenient location with plenty of food outlets, bank and shopping mall nearby. Hot & cold water dispenser available at corridor, easy to do coffee in the room.
