바 시설을 갖춘 이탈리아 베네토 호텔

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

최근 힐튼 몰리노 스터키 베니스에 묵었습니다. 위치는 나쁘지 않고, 호텔에서 산마르코까지 1인당 15유로에 셔틀을 운행하지만, 전반적으로 실망스러운 경험이었습니다. 호텔 요금이 꽤 높아서 시설이 괜찮을 거라고 기대했는데, 아쉽게도 그렇지 않았습니다. 수영장과 사우나 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 호텔 설명에는 수영장이 5월부터 9월까지 운영한다고 되어 있었지만, 제가 묵는 동안에는 운영이 중단되었습니다. 게다가 사우나는 무료 이용이 아니었습니다. 기대했던 것과는 다르게 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 전반적으로 가격에 비해 만족스러운 경험을 제공하지 못했으며, 다시는 이 호텔을 예약하지 않을 것입니다.

위치가 좋고 기차역과 가깝습니다. 이탈리아 다른 도시들과 비교했을 때 가격 대비 객실 만족도는 괜찮은 편입니다. 단점은 정말 시끄럽다는 것입니다. 기차역 바로 옆이라 밤 1시까지 기차 소리가 들려 잠귀가 밝으신 분들께는 추천하지 않습니다. 귀마개를 끼고 자야 할 정도입니다. 전반적으로 다음에 베네치아에 다시 간다면 재고려할 만한 호텔입니다.

돌로미티에서 밀라노로 돌아가는 길에 하룻밤 묵었는데, 전체적으로 그냥 그랬어요. 기차역과 가깝지만 주변이 안전하지 않고, 방은 환기가 잘 안 돼서 냄새가 났어요. 매트리스도 꽤 더러웠고, 이불 시트 두 장을 줘서 그 사이에 자고 이불은 시트 위에 덮어야 했어요. 침대 커튼도 없었고요. 화장실은 넓어서 좋았습니다. 방음은 정말 안 좋았고, 공용 공간에서 매일 밤 행사가 있어서 잠귀가 밝으신 분들은 피하는 게 좋겠어요. 서비스는 별로였고, 프런트 직원들은 좀 불친절했어요. 베네치아 치고는 가성비는 괜찮은 편이지만, 다음번엔 그냥 다른 도시로 바로 이동해서 묵을 것 같아요.

이 호텔에서 아주 좋은 경험. 매우 크고 깨끗한 방. 직원들은 매우 조심스럽고 글루텐이 없는 음식을 가지고 있습니다. 또한 훌륭한 채널을 가로지르는 아카데미아 다리와 매우 가깝습니다. 같은 호텔에 레스토랑도 있습니다. 따라서 100% 추천합니다.

In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! 위치가 베네치아 중심부랑 멀리 떨어져있습니다. 셔틀버스 덕분에 괜찮았지만 셔틀버스 내려서 베네치아역까지 20분정도 걸어야해요 숙소는 한국의 글램핑 느낌이구요 , 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

가장 큰 장점은 위치였지만, 힐튼 같은 다른 체인 4성급 호텔에 비하면 전반적으로 부족한 점이 있었습니다. 아무래도 베네치아 도시 전체가 오래되어서 그런 것 같아요. 호텔 로비는 좋았지만, 객실 시설에는 약간의 흠이 있었어요. 예를 들어 벽에 붙은 일부 장식품이 쉽게 떨어졌고, 신형 유럽식과 구형 이탈리아식 충전 포트가 모두 있었는데, 뭐 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다. 그 외에도 사소한 흠이 몇 군데 있었고, 새벽 2시쯤 주변에서 젊은이들이 파티를 하는 소리가 들리기도 했습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 위치와 경험은 가격 대비 가치가 있었습니다. 주변에 먹을 곳도 많고, 평점 높은 식당 몇 군데에 가서 파스타, 피자, 젤라또를 먹는 것을 추천합니다. 가격도 괜찮아요. 어차피 본섬 호텔들은 가성비가 더 떨어지고 시설도 더 낡았으니까요. 더 높은 수준의 경험을 원한다면 몇 킬로미터 떨어진 힐튼 가든 인 같은 곳을 추천합니다. 가격은 비슷하지만 시설은 더 좋습니다. 다만 교통은 그리 편리하지 않아요. 아니면 본섬의 훨씬 비싼 호텔을 선택해야겠죠. 더 저렴한 곳을 찾는다면 주변의 다른 호텔이 아닌 호스텔을 시도해 볼 수도 있습니다.

호텔은 섬의 기차역에서 2km 떨어져 있습니다. 로마 광장(Piazzale Roma)까지 1.50유로짜리 셔틀버스를 타고 몇 분 안에 갈 수 있습니다. 로마 광장에서 공항으로 가는 5번 버스도 꽤 편리합니다. 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 평범하고 좀 밋밋합니다. 슬리퍼나 세면도구도 없습니다. 유럽 호텔이라니! (호텔에서 콜라를 캔당 4.50유로에 판매합니다. 사지 마세요. 그냥 나와서 지하 주차장에서 우회전하세요. 음료 자판기가 1.60유로입니다. ㅎㅎ)
