bumbung 방은 조금 낡았지만 Covid 이후라고 생각합니다. 직원이 부족하고 아무도 전화를 받지 않고 몇 번 전화해야 합니다.

Best resort for relaxing with family. The emphasis remains unchanged and still unsurpassed 'Preservation' of unique traditional architecture. A beautiful landscape garden & pool area as well as the daily maintained area. We both hope for another one, welcome gong & thank everyone for an unforgettable, romantic dream vacation.

My first time stay here. The view was super nice, very calm environment n comfortable to stay. The breakfast also yummy n delicious. Sure will come again

The facilities are good, but there are many hidden costs that need to be paid extra and are different from the usual hotel policy if booked by 2 adults including 2 children (no need to pay extra unless there is also a reservation for breakfast).. so i had to pay more at frontdesk. Adult pool closed that time i went, and no guard monitor at child pool that suppose to be there/ also no towel guard that welcoming guest. For mine, just rate at 2/10.. Ⓣⓗⓐⓝⓚ ⓨⓞⓤ

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the beachside hotel. The serene location provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the service was commendable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Checked-in around 3.30pm and took about 15mins. Need to wait for a while before got the room but it’s ok since they served welcome drinks and mini tower and got sofa as well. Stayed at Bumbung room but our room didnt have the beach bag, might be forgot to put? And telephone also not working. Informed the receptionist about this and they wanted to send someone to fix but since took some time so we told no need (my brother’s room was beside us so just used his haha). food 4/5 for me. For dinner we ordered room service. Restaurant sent the menu via whatsapp and can order from there. chicken roselle so good but fried squid with mango salad was a bit meh. Since we went there during low season, bfast was ala carte but of course with unlimited order. Their teh tarik and coffee really good. Love all the food except for laksam which quite bland. They got lots of activities that can try but since we just wanted to chill so didnt try any. Just stroll around the resort. swimming pool area sooo beautiful. The view there really amazing. We also got to see the infamous peacock of Tanjong Jara. Anyway, we had good time there. Would recommend the to people who want to relax and escape from city life.

Excellent customer service. The resort is currently in the mid of upgrading/refurbishment their rooms. I came during the moonson seasons. Spend most of my days just relaxing and chill at the resort ..

Pros: A very friendly service especially front desk. Spacious room. Large bathroom with tub & separate toilet. Very nice view with long sandy private beach. Quite privacy & sorrounded by jungles. Fast check in & check out. Free but uncovered parking. Free wifi. Coffee machine is provided in the room

- Very helpful and kind stuff at the front desk. -The staff at Atas Sungai Restaurant were all great as they catered for our need. But the restaurant manager could be more friendly and welcoming. - The breakfast spread also should improve more.
