Hesters Crossing Shopping Center 근처 호텔

We stayed at this hotel for the Formula 1 Weekend Races. The cleaning service was horrible as we had to request service everyday. The hotel is out dated and needs some major upgrades. My husband and I bought some snacks from the downstairs store inside the hotel. We decided to save our snacks for later and headed out. Upon our return we decided to eat or snacks, wind down and catch a movie on TV. As my husbad tasted his chips he ralized they were stale and headed back downstairs to return them for a refud. The clerk stated he could not issue a refund as the bag was open. Wait...what, are you serious right now is what I actually said. I informed the clerk how are we to know if the chips were stale prior to opening them...at any rate, it doesn't make sense to argue with fools. We exculated the claim to the manager and to make a long story short..we were issued an apology and a refund. It wasn't about the money however, it was more about customer service. The clerk was being a ****!

Staff is amazing. Fay and Trish and Edward has always treated me like one of the family. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Very little issues. If so they have taken care of them. I highly recommend this hotel. I have been staying here long term. And been well treated

Reviews have it right! The hotel fulfilled all our requirements - it is located close to restaurants, highway, but is in a quiet & safe area. It is bright but cool inside, well kept and clean. Breakfast is small but super-tasty, and well-cooked. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and looks like one of the newer hotels. Most importantly the staff is super friendly, attentive to our needs, and always available at the front desk which is the not the experience we had with other hotels. Strongly recommended. We will be back.

Clean and no frills hotel. The breakfast bar managed by Shelia is perfection and one of the top reasons why I come back here over and over again. Food is hot and fresh. Make your own waffles is delish and the topping choices are amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Great staff. Clean property. We enjoyed our stay. My mom and I traveled to see family. It was easy check in and out. The rooms were clean and presentable. The manger was helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much . The weather was perfect .

The suites are lovely and spacious. Perfect for a week long stay.The conference room provides a good space for evening work. Front dest staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is breakfast:) The only down side is you have to remember to ask for cleaning/refresh of towels at least half way through your stay. That may be everywhere but I feel like the chains need to reconsider for long term guests. Clean at least on the 3rd day.

위치도 나쁘지 않았고 다 좋은데 이 넓은 텍사스 땅에서 주차비를 받는 호텔이 있네요 (예약시 미리 고지된 내용이긴 함). 차량 가지고 다니실 분들은 주차비 확인하고 예약하세요. 그리고 보증금 환불이 안되서 지금 몇일째 씨름하고 있습니다. 그 외엔 방도 넓고 이래저래 괜찮습니다.

위치도 좋고 친절하고 정말좋았어요
