This lakeside retreat is situated on a private cove with lake access and beautiful views. The property has been recently renovated with two bedrooms and one bath and stays true to Austin’s quirky style. Enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail on the oversized deck. The swimming platform makes fishing and lounging on the lake hassle free. CHECK LAKE LEVELS AS LAKE ACCESS IS DEPENDENT ON LAKE LEVELS AND PRICING IS ACCOUNTED FOR CURRENT LAKE LEVELS/ACCESS TO LAKE. Kayaks, paddle board, tubes, 4 adult life jackets, foam lily pad included in rental.PETS: There is a $50 fee for each pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture and any hair or pet remains found on property will incur an additional $100 service fee. Please respect the pet policy and clean up after your pets. We are in a secluded cove in the Texas Hill Country. There is wildlife around the property especially at night. Do not leave your pets unattended to roam the property. There is a public boat ramp nearby at Mansfield Dam and boat rentals throughout Lakeway. Upon booking you'll receive a welcome guide with more information on things to do and to help you plan your trip. Lakeway is a family-friendly and upbeat lake community where you'll find everything from casual to fine dining, bars, parks and family-friendly activities. It's perfectly situated by Lake Travis, the scenic Texas Hill Country where you can explore natural swimming holes and wineries, and just a 30-minute drive to Downtown Austin for a night on the town! You'll find plenty to do over the course of a week. Please note the home is not directly on the water but so close to everything!After a day on the lake, enjoy coming home to a clean, spacious, and well-decorated space perfect for entertaining large groups. There is a game room with a pool table on the lower level and a hot tub for winding down and enjoying evenings under the stars. Chef Jeff Blank of Hudson's on the Bend Restaurant's beautiful rustic Santa Fe style home with a stunning view of Lake Travis. Enjoy the lake view while lounging around the pool. The covered patio bar is well furnished for comfortable lollygagging and there is a bathroom and shower in the pool/bar area for your convenience. This house was built for a chef by a chef with well stocked indoor and outdoor kitchens. Dinner with no dirty pots and pans, grill your steaks and veggies on the outdoor grill. Or you can make use of the indoor range if indoor cooking is more your style. You have the choice to dine inside or outside as there are tables in both locations. The entirety of the house facing the lakeside is floor to ceiling windows so you won't miss any sunsets. Sleeping accommodations are for 8 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. It has it's own private toilet and shower/tub room. The family room has a sleeper sofa with a comfortable queen sized bed. This room also has a half bath. The guest house has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a sitting room with a queen sized sleeper sofa. The guest house rooms are separated by a full bathroom and can be closed off for privacy. There are many common sitting areas for together time.This is a gated property on 2 acres abundant with wildlife i.e. grey fox, armadillos, deer, skunk, raccoons, possums, owls, turkey, tortoises and croaking bullfrogs in the ponds. The property is a compound of houses. Jeff and Sara, the owners, live in a house set apart from the rental property. Sara's brother, Gordon lives in a Tiny Home in this same area. Rest assured the property is yours and we will not be underfoot. However, we will be accessible for any questions or needs. This is a unique and visually stunning property for a family vacation. We loved staying here! It was my first time in Austin, and the hotel is close to everything. You can drive or walk to different places. The beds were super comfortable! It was also cool to have a kitchenette inside the room, with glassware, a refrigerator, microwave, and utensils that are essential to us. Service is topnotch as well. The only downside is that their walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor talking and watching TV. I suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, just in case!

로비/ 조식당 TV에서 누드와 섹스(AKA 포르노)를 하는 남자와 여자의 장면을 누드로 영화를 보는 것은 극도로 화가났다. 매니저 다이애나에게 그 지역으로 들어오는 채널을 바꾸라고 부탁을 하자 더 화가 났고, 저는 채널을 좀 더 적절하게 바꾸는 대신에 그녀가 호텔 정책 대신 손님 사이에서 투표를 위해 그런 것이 아닌 것처럼 채널을 변경하는 것이 괜찮 은지 내 뒤에 앉아있는 남자에게 물었다. 그녀가 잘못 취급 한 방식에 화가 났다고 말하는 것은 과소 평가 일 것입니다. 사실에도 불구하고 저는 작년에 적어도 반십번은 이 햄튼에 머물 렀습니다. 공공 텔레비전에서 포르노를 방영하고 경영진에게 기업 정책의 문제들을 다루는 방법을 가르치는 것이 제 제안인 햄프턴/힐튼이 될 것입니다. 그렇지 않으면 위치가 좋고 객실이 깨끗합니다. 공공 장소에서 TV에서 불결한 프로그래밍을 할 수있어서 너무 나쁩니다. 다행히도이 일이 발생했을 때 아이가 없었습니다.
