We designed this home with short-term stays in mind so you can feel at home and relax here or enjoy the plentiful things San Diego has to offer. We also have 31 5-star reviews elsewhere, so don't miss out due to lack of ratings!Our beautiful home is conveniently located near all the major highways. Driving distances/times are annotated in "Other things to note". Uber/Lyft are readily available. We also have a walk score index of 91 and bike score index of 70 due to all the designated bike lanes in our area.This home has 450 sq ft of interior space and 450 sq ft of rooftop space, every inch has been maximized for comfort, luxury and thoughtful amenities. This mini-castle is private and detached with its gated front entrance and gated driveway. Everything here is for your enjoyment as there are no shared spaces for this home. The house was designed and built around a king-sized bed and boasts a smart 65” tv in the bedroom and a smart 55” in the living room. The bedroom features a king-sized memory gel foam bed and a spacious walk-in closet for you to un-pack and feel at home. The bedroom also has a mini-split heating and cooling unit. The bathroom features dual rainfall shower heads and two wall-niches, as well as a towel heater and LED bathroom fan. The bedroom and living room have accent LED lighting that is great for movie nights or a comfortable ambiance.The living room features a pull-out sofa that can sleep up to two additional people, as well as island seating for two. The wall is decorated with beautiful reclaimed redwood that is at least 70 years old. The kitchen is fully equipped including a blender, crockpot cooking/baking trays, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, various utensils, as well as a variety of coffee and teas.There is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits 4 people and has curtains for added privacy. Underneath the stairs, there is a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as tide pods, downy scented beads and dryer sheets. The driveway will comfortably fit a full-sized car or small truck with access from the alley (best way to park may be backing in as there are cars that park in the alley). The gate is controlled by remote, so there is no need to manually open/close the gate. There is also a dedicated 40 Amp EV charging outlet for your vehicle, you just need your own charging cable/adapter as we do not have any for your vehicle. There is street parking, but it is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is one security camera outside of the house for your safety, and a few others on the exterior of the property, but we do not place cameras inside.Upstairs is the epitome of outdoor living. The interior walls are wrapped in the same reclaimed redwood as the living room with a fantastic westward view, 100” projector screen, gas patio heater, gas firepit and gas BBQ. The rooftop has a pergola that provides shade and some protection from the rain if you want to watch TV outside. The house and outdoor living area feature an integrated home theatre system including Roku, multiple streaming services, Cox cable (over 150 channels) and high-speed internet that ties all of the spaces together, as well as curtains that can be closed for more privacy/better ambiance.Guest accessThere is a shared walkway to the house, but once you are through the gate for the house, that entire area is yours.House rules:-No smoking in or on the property, no vaping inside. If there is any evidence of smoking, or smoking odor left from smoking (tobacco or cannabis), a minimum cleaning charge of $250 will be applied.-No parties are allowed. San Diego is starting to regulate Airbnb’s/Short term stays, so we request guests to respect our new ordnances to ensure our neighbors can enjoy their space and we can all continue to operate and share these short term homes.-This is a residential neighborhood, please keep noise levels to a reasonable level, especially after 10 pm.-Load and run the dishwasher at least an hour before you leave.Things that we ask of you:-Keep the windows and doors closed when the AC is on.-The house cools down quickly, please don’t run the AC when you aren’t home.-Keep the vehicle gate closed when not in use.-Turn off firepit/heater when not in use.Lastly-We do not have a dog fee, unless your pup is smart enough and willing to be employed. Getting around is a breeze when your 15 minutes from every attraction San Diego has to offer such as Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Down Town, Ocean Beach, Coronado Island and all the local restaurants, micro breweries and craft cocktail bars that foodies rave about. The space is inspired by our local spa Zen Sanctuary, we wanted to create an space for you to relax, clear your mind and rejuvenate your body so you can make the most out of your experience here in San Diego. We offer high quality mattresses, linens, and towels as well as complimentary coffee and Tea. There are two bedrooms both with natural lighting and closet space. The larger room features a queen size bed. The second room has two full size beds. There is one full bathroom with a walk in shower. The cozy living room is comfortable and clean and our furniture blends our minimalistic and asian inspired style. The art pieces feature local artist (your host) David Warder and are available for purchase. There are two portable AC units in the house, one is installed in the living room and the second is in the master bedroom. This home is kid friendly and toys and a pack and play are available with advanced request.The small kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, stove, microwave, and sink (no dishwasher), as well as utensils, pots pans, plate ware and oil salt and pepper for cooking. There is a two person dinette in the kitchen and a full dining table for enjoying a proper meal. The yard is an assortment of plants, dirt and grass and feels great on bare feet. Private Sunny stand alone home with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, private entrance, private back patio, one reserved parking space and air conditioning. If you're coming to San Diego to relax and refresh, work, or explore the area, 34th Street Retreat is a very clean, convenient and charming place to stay. Furnished and appointed to add modern convenience while maintaining its unique charm with hardwood floors and arched entry-ways. Lots of windows for awesome light and air.*Wifi*The living area is spacious with Smart TV (access to Hulu, Prime and Netflix- login to your own account), DVD and cable TV.*The dining table will seat 4 comfortably.*The bedroom has a queen sized bed with comfy linens and a walk-in closet.* We have also added a full sized memory foam pad for a little bit of extra sleeping space for a kiddo and a pack and play for a baby. 전형적인 거짓말입니다. 객실 유형 사진은 고급이지만 실제로는 매우 허름하고 낡아 비즈니스 호텔에 가깝습니다. 전망이 좋은 킹사이즈 침대를 예약했습니다. 전망은 좋았으나 시설이 노후되었습니다. 에어컨을 켰는데 10분쯤 지나서 물이 새기 시작했습니다. 방을 바꿔볼까 생각했지만, 수리해줄 직원을 찾았습니다. 그것. 그냥 하룻밤 묵었어요. 셀프주차비는 1박당 45달러이고, 주차장에서 호텔까지 길이 너무 초라해요😨 전체적으로 3성급 호텔 같은 느낌이에요.

매일 객실을 청소해주는 미국 호텔에 묵어본 적이 거의 없습니다. 엘리베이터에 탑승하려면 카드를 긁어야 층에 도달할 수 있어 안전합니다. 해변과 가깝고 침구가 매우 편안하며 매일 프론트에 가서 식수를 구할 수 있습니다. 100점 만점이라면 85~90점 정도 되겠네요. 호텔 아침 식사를 사지 않았습니다. 근처에 스타 파파가 있고 길 건너편에 쿠마라는 두 소녀가 운영하는 카페도있어 아침 식사 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다. 불만족: 1. 호텔 샤워수전과 욕조 시설이 조금 낡아서 지난 세기의 골동품 같습니다. 2. 우버와 우버의 경우, 호텔이 정확히 두 거리의 교차점에 위치해 있기 때문에, 많은 사람들이 찾고 있습니다. 직접 나가서 1051 Columbia street를 찾는 것이 좋습니다. 그런데 씨트립의 공식 웹사이트 주소는 Columbia street로 되어 있습니다. 씨트립은 해외 대리점을 이용하고 있는데 배정된 방이 낮은 층이거나 외진 곳에 있어서 상당히 열악합니다.

유스호스텔의 위치는 리틀이탈리아에 있고 주변에 식당이 너무 많아서 다 못먹을 정도로 밤에 관광객들이 많이 찾는 곳이기도 합니다. 방에 난방이 있고, 캐비닛이 조금 작습니다. 자물쇠를 가져와야합니다. 침대가 아래층, 위층으로 나누어져 있으며 약간 짧습니다. 머리를 부딪치기 쉽습니다. 주방이 매우 넓고 주방용품이 완비되어 있습니다. 아침식사로 팬케이크를 사야하고 오트밀이 제공됩니다. 차와 커피는 무료입니다. 유스호스텔의 분위기는 매우 좋습니다. 2층에 살면 화장실이 하나밖에 없어서 자주 아래층으로 뛰어야 한다. WiFi는 종종 연결이 끊어지고 불안정합니다. Youth Hostel의 동료들은 매우 친절하고 좋은 태도를 가지고 있습니다. 세탁실이 있지만 기계는 하나뿐입니다. 여전히 좋은 호스텔, 잘 받았습니다.
