Charming Studio Apartment with WiFi, AC in beautiful Diamond Head Beach Park!

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this wonderful studio apartment on the Gold Coast. The space features a queen bed and open floor plan. The bathroom includes bath and shower combo. In the additional living space, there's a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. Fall in love with this area outside of Waikiki yet close to the action. FYI: street parking only. We do not offer private parking. There is free parking amongst the park area and paid parking with business hours applied to the meters that is free overnight.Our "Sanctuary by the Sea" is a cozy, corner, studio apartment that sits on the edge of the Diamond Head Beach Hotel and Residences building, facing famous Diamond Head State Monument on one side (our side) & the other, against the famous Gold Coast of the Pacific Ocean & Kaluahole Channel. Our unit is on the 6th floor with elevator and stair access and a great view of Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head as mentioned above and overlooks the sweeping landscape of Manoa, Palolo, and Wilhelmina Rise from the lanai. Lots of light and crosswinds make this a happy and breezy space. We also have a great little AC unit that cools the place down quickly if needed. We have somewhat of a bohemian, hindu-ish, asian, relaxed vibe with some special sculptures and pieces. We try to keep it clutter free and minimal so you have space to utilize counter space. We have a full bathtub and shower. The deep bathroom sink doubles as a kitchen sink for more space in the kitchenette, which includes pretty much everything you need to cook small meals (rice cooker, crockpot, dishes, glassware, silverware, electric griddle and burner, blender, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.) We have a microwave oven that doubles as a convection oven as well. We also provide bathroom supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We offer a weather proof container filled with beach toys and gear, in addition to tennis rackets and a small cooler. Beach chairs and a fold up beach cart for easy transport to the beach. We have a mini fridge and a fold-up cart for easy transport of groceries as well in addition to drawer space for pantry items. My favorite spot is on the lanai overlooking DH, the park and our shared monkeypod tree. I also love the couch spot with a mirror reflecting Diamond Head for a cozy spot to curl up with a book or plan out your adventures around the island! PS, our cozy couch pulls out to a full-size bed fitted with new pillows, foam topper and sheets.This peaceful part of Oahu boasts many attributes including close proximity to the fun-filled area of Waikiki, the quick access to Diamond Head, great surf spots and beach access in less than five minutes. Also located in this sweet little gem of a location is Kapiolani Park, one of the largest and 2nd oldest parks on Oahu. Both the aquarium and the zoo are in walking distance as well. Old Mans and Tongs are just 2 of the great surf breaks. Kaimana Beach is a great family friendly beach in walking distance. Take a quick hike up to the Diamond Head Lighthouse then cruise down to DH Beach Park for a refreshing cool down. Easy drive to shopping in Kahala (don't miss the Shangri-La Museum near that area), walking distance to the luxurious and outdoor mall, the International Marketplace. Maybe a 20 minute drive to our larger mall, the pristine Ala Moana. International graffiti from Hawaii's Pow!Wow! Festival along with cute cafes and boutique shops line the streets in the newly renovated area of artistic Kaka'ako is also an easy 20 minute drive. Famous Dillingham Fountain is literally right across the street from the building and is also a relaxing addition to decompressing on the lanai. Another gem in walking distance is the famous Michel's restaurant on the beach where from time to time you will find our big friends, the Hawaiian Monk Seals, beach themselves for a little rest. The legendary Kaimana Hotel boasts a long history with another ocean-front & fantastic restaurant, the Hau Tree, its namesake sitting as the staple and glorious centerpiece for this open-air experience and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is available to the public. Ala Wai Canal is just past the zoo where you can enjoy a morning walk or run while overlooking the Ala Wai Golf Course, watch the Kamehameha Canoe Club jet down the waterway, and gaze down the streets of Waikiki. Don't get me started on restaurants in these subsets surrounding our little slice of heaven! We look forward to hosting you and your family or friends in our dreamy, fully updated and comfortable studio with insane Ocean & Bay views.The Studio offers a Queen bed and a double pullout sleeper sofa/futon.The beautifully remodeled full kitchen has bespoke hand crafted wooden countertops, an oven with electric 4 top stove and overhead stainless microwave, an apartment size fridge freezer with built-in ice maker.Modern well lit bathroom with large walk-in shower & vanity area.Large sliding window looks out over Pacific Ocean, Waikiki Bay, Honolulu & Kapiolani Park.The Living area has a comfortable queen bed with built in memory foam topper.There's also a 'lay flat' pullout double sofabed/futon for 2 additional guests.Ample drawers for clothes storage during stay.Brand New A/c system installed 2023 but unit cools nicely with the cross breeze off the ocean too!There is a parking garage at the property and a space may be reserved through us at an additional cost at time of booking. There is a lovely patio and grass seating area available only to guests of the Diamond Head Beach Hotel with tables, chairs, and chaise lounges. Listening to the ocean from all of the rooms in this condo on the 11th floor make this an exceptional find in Waikiki!Spectacular Ocean and Diamond Head Views ~ 2 Bedrooms ( One King Bed, one Full Size and new Queen Sleeper Sofa in living room), Corner Unit on High Floor Brand New owner November 2019 ~ Diamond Head Beach Hotel on the Gold Coast.The two bedroom condo (with separate entrances to the two bedrooms) comfortably sleeps six by offering one King Bed, one Full Size and one Queen Sleeper Sofa. It is a corner unit, large (over 1,000 square feet, including the lanai). This well kept condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay, including a new 55" inch Samsung smart television. There is a full-size kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven).The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, toaster, dishes and cookware. Modern dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Washers and dryers are conveniently available in the building with elevator access.Our guests do not pay a resort fee. You don't need to rent a car! Exploring Waikiki from here without a car is convenient because it is easy to walk or take buses and taxis. There is a Russell’s convenience store selling a variety of supplies, food, snacks and alcohol just a five-minute walk from the Diamond Head Beach Hotel (adjacent to the New Otani Hotel).There are excellent restaurants within a five-minute walk. Michel’s serving lunch and dinner is in the Colony Surf at 2895 Kalakaua. The famous Hau Tree Lanai is an open-air restaurant in the New Otani Hotel at 2863 Kalakaua and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. The New Otani has two other nice restaurants ~ the Miyako Japanese Restaurant and the Sunset Lanai.Further west on Kalakaua is Lulu Lulu’s at 2586 Kalakaua open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Cheeseburger in Paradise is located at 2500 Kalakaua open from 7:00 a.m. to 12 a.m. Duke’s, famous for brunch, tropical beverages and live music, is located at 2335 Kalakaua and open from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You will also find McDonald’s, Burger King and Subway in the same area. The ABC stores are excellent for gifts and snacks. Beautiful accommodation with the most stunning views. Watching sunrise or sunset from the balcony is bliss and it was the perfect view to wake up to. There is direct access onto the beach that requires a key fob to access, and the swimming pool is great too. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all present. There are also beach towels and chairs in the room for use at the beach. Plenty of parking available and great access to the bus system too. Highly recommended!

마운틴 뷰가 아주 멋진 곳입니다. 성인3, 아이2 총 5명이 사용하려고 2베드룸으로 예약했는데 생각보다 많이 작아서 아쉬웠어요. 침대가 너무 작았습니다. 오히려 거실 소파베드가 더 안정적이고 쿠션도 좋았던 것 같네요. 곳곳에 깨끗하지 않은 곳들이 있었지만 호놀룰루 와이키키 해변 근처 숙소에서 비교적 깨끗한 편이었네요. 숙소에서 비치까지 7~10분정도 거리라 멀지 않아서 좋았지만, 쇼핑을 하기에는 조금 거리가 되었어요. 조금더 쇼핑몰에 가까웠다면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 호텔 수영장과 비치타올 무료 대여는 아주 훌륭한 서비스였습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했고 방음이 매우 안되기는 했지만 비교적 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 트립닷컴에서 다른 사이트보다 100만원(4박)정도 싸게 예약 할 수 있었습니다.

이번에 묵은 호텔은 2024년에 새로 지은 호텔이라 바퀴벌레가 없을 것 같아서 묵어보니 좋은 점과 나쁜 점을 느꼈습니다. 장점: 서비스가 매우 열정적입니다. 수영장은 8층에 있어서 매우 깨끗합니다. 옆층에 대형 정수기가 있어서 퇴실하실 때 물을 부어주시면 되고, 물을 직접 사오실 필요도 없고, 로비에서 물을 부어서 들고 오실 필요도 없습니다. 매우 편리합니다. 호텔에는 1시간마다 와이키키 해변으로 가는 셔틀버스가 있습니다. 버스에서 내리는 곳에서 P2가 보입니다. 30분마다 돌아오는 버스가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 호텔의 엘리베이터는 매우 빠릅니다. 먼저 문에 있는 버튼을 눌러 가고 싶은 층을 찾으면 자동으로 엘리베이터가 배정됩니다. 기본적으로 초고층이라 고통이 없습니다. 엘리베이터는 좋다. 길 건너편에는 알라 모아나, 월마트, 버스가 있습니다. 단점에 대해 이야기하자면, 다른 객실은 어떤지 모르겠습니다. 저희가 예약한 객실의 창문은 천장까지 닿는 커다란 이동식 창문입니다. 문을 열면 반 사람 높이의 유리가 있습니다. 보호 조치도 없고 발코니도 없습니다. 20층이 넘는다는 뜻인 p1을 보세요... 창문을 열자마자 창밖으로 강한 바람이 불어서 상당히 위험할 것 같습니다. 그래서 나중에 우리는 창문도 열지 않고 환기를 위해 틈을 열었습니다. 2024년에 새로 지은 객실임에도 불구하고 객실 내 시설은 이미 다소 파손되어 있습니다. 욕조 물이 느리고, 빨래줄이 들어가지 않고, 스마트 변기의 리모컨이 고장나고... 전반적으로 이 호텔은 별 5개에 합당하지 않다고 생각하며, 기껏해야 하룻밤 묵을 수 있는 4성급 호텔입니다.
