A great mix of classic and modern, and unbeatable park front views (historic Jefferson Sq Park). Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath + walk-in closets. Free street parking so you can spend your time enjoying the city, or relaxing in our outdoor hammock under the string lights. Perfect for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and reuniting friends.Custom designed 3bdroom/3.5bathroom home, which is park front located directly on historic Jefferson Square park. The property boasts original 1920s pine hardwood floors and original winding staircase, with modern upgrades such as a large granite framed gas fireplace (for the cold winter nights!), intercom system, and bose stereo system. Upgraded kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook-in and relax. The house also has a large wrap around outdoor patio with grill, hammock, and breakfast table. In addition to being park front, there is a playground, baseball field, basketball court, and large outdoor community pool (summer months only and dependent on city schedule) just 1 block from the property! 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 호텔은 그다지 새롭지 않습니다. 차이나타운에서는 도보로 20분 정도 소요됩니다. 메인 도로와 가까워서 조금 시끄러움. 주차에는 두 가지 유형이 있습니다. 하나는 발렛(도어맨이 주차를 도와드립니다)이고, 가격대도 다양하며, 숙박 요금은 미화 50달러 이상입니다. 셀프주차(지하주차장까지 직접 운전해서 가세요)를 선택했어요. 호텔 입구 끝으로 입구가 열리고, 돌아서면 지하로 들어가는 입구가 있습니다. 19시에 도착해서 다음날 11시 30분에 30달러에 떠났어요.

유니버시티 타운 쉐라톤 호텔(University Town Sheraton Hotel)은 위치가 좋고 Penn State 핵심 지역에 가깝고 교통이 편리하며 비교적 조용합니다. 아래층에 있는 중국 레스토랑은 특히 중국인과 Penn 학생 방문자 또는 부모에게 적합합니다. 4성급 호텔로서 꽤 만족스럽다고 할 수 있습니다. 리모델링한 지 거의 10년이 지났지만 여전히 낡지 않은 느낌이 듭니다. 스탠다드룸은 크진 않지만 침대가 1.5미터로 비교적 넓고 시설도 좋은 편입니다. 욕실의 얇은 문에 더해 심플한 미국식 커피머신에서 제공하는 커피백도 좋지 않습니다. 세면대가 조금 짧아서 키가 크신 분들에게는 조금 불편할 수도 있습니다. 집값도 비싸지 않아요

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and excellent. the location was great, lots of bars/restaurants in the area. It was nice having a couple bars even attached to the hotel. Parking kind of stunk and the valet is pretty expensive but they were friendly and efficient as well. The bests were really comfortable and room was a decent size. There was a couple small snags, one of my coffee cups was dirty and the tissue box was empty. But short of that it was a great stay.

내가 머물렀던 가장 멋진 호텔 중 하나! 필라델피아에서 호텔을 찾는 사람에게 꼭 추천합니다. 우리가 가진 유일한 2 가지 문제는 TV와 킹 스위트의 은제품 부족이었습니다. TV는 우리가 머무는 동안 무작위로 멈추고 멈추지 않았으며 이상한 결함이 계속 화면을 가로질러 왔습니다. 매우 기이한 간이 주방과 다른 접시/그릇/머그 등이 있음에도 불구하고 킹 스위트에는 은제품/플라스틱 제품이 없었습니다. 나는 이것의 남은 치즈 케이크를 먹을 수 없었습니다! (큰 거래는 아니지만 여전히 :p )
