Let me start by saying that we chose this hotel for my fiancé and I anniversary. For some reason our days were confused. We were supposed to stay Friday and Saturday the 10&11, when I called they said we were supposed to stay the Thursday to Friday 9 &10. I was extremely upset that the customer service rep couldn’t help us out in any way. She told me I would have to do a new reservation and that I would have to pay the previous stay also. She didn’t try to help us out at all. I asked to speak to a manager she told there none available. I’m very upset that no one could help us out. Then I get home and I get bill for more then I would have to stay for. I would really appreciated if a manager from the hotel would give me a called to resolve this situation cause I think it was poor customer service. It ruin my anniversary weekend with my fiancé.
