The condo was just filled with new furnishings. Easily accessible by family of all ages. Main entrance with no stairs. Beach entrance with just a couple stairs. This Cape Cod style townhome is perfect for your family vacation, conveniently located just steps from the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay, and famous Belmont Park. A great open layout for enjoying family time as well as comfortable bedrooms for relaxing with air conditioning, and garage parking to keep vacation easy!This home is situated in the perfect vacation rental location, no vehicle needed, though there is a one car garage available. Just a few steps from the front door you will find the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Relax on the beach while never straying too far from your very own beach home! Also close by is the excitement of Belmont Park. This area offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a multitude of people watching! For entertainment ideal for all ages, Belmont Park has a wooden roller-coaster, mini golf, arcade, and wave house. If you're looking for more peaceful outdoor activities, you can walk across to the bayside where you can play in the tranquil water. Beach equipment rental companies are located throughout Mission Beach so you can rent bicycles, paddle boards, surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and so much more.The lower level of this home offers a one car garage equipped with a washer/dryer. The bathroom is spacious with tub/shower combo and dual vanity. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has bunk beds with a full-size bed on bottom and a twin on top. The bunk room has direct access to the ground floor patio and BBQ grill with patio doors to usher in natural life and the fresh ocean breeze.The second floor of this three-level town home is the family gathering area and kitchen. The open floor plan provides seamless entertaining possibilities. The kitchen has three seats at the counter while the dining table has four seats as well as a bench. Additionally, there is a cocktail table with two seats in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for home cooked meals including an electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room is outfitted with a large flat screen TV with cable. For your relaxation, there is a comfortable three-person couch and single seat with ottoman. This level has a small balcony with peek ocean views and an entry way to the ground patio below.The third floor is an incredibly comfortable master suite - your very own level of the home, your private retreat. Two skylights over the bed open to allow in a great deal of natural light and cool ocean breezes. This floor also has its very own private balcony hosting the best view in the home. Enjoy the cool blue ocean, and the iconic beach side wooden roller coaster all from the master balcony.Parking in this area can be limited, however this home has a one car garage for your convenience. The dimensions of the garage are approximately 6.5ft H x 8ft W x 20ft L. 그렇게 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 시간이 없었습니다. 저는 이 지역의 소음이 매우 크고 제 주변의 모든 소음이 들리는 복도에 배치되었습니다. 위층 사람들은 뒤에 있을 수 있습니다. 2층에서 뛰어내리는 소리에 정말 시끄럽게 잠에서 깼어요. 묵는 호텔에서 이런 일에 휘말린 경험은 한 번도 없고 이게 마지막이 될 겁니다. 추천하지 않습니다. 프론트 직원이 호텔의 이상한 곳에 2층을 요청하도록 내버려 두세요. 그나저나 저는 정말 높은 층에 머물고 그 다음 2층에 제가 왜 프론트 데스크 직원이 방이 특별하다고 설득했는지 모르겠습니다. 오, 그녀가 나를 침대 2개가 있는 방으로 업그레이드했다고 해서 알아요. 어쨌거나 제가 이미 요청한 것 같아요. 이곳에 대해 두 번 생각해봐야겠어요. 하지만 제가 정말 직설적이라면 2층이 필요할 것 같아요.

🗺️위치: 주변에 사무실이 있으나 맞은편에 작은 쇼핑몰이 있어 쇼핑과 식사가 매우 편리합니다. 반대편 호텔로 돌아갑니다. 🌳환경: 바닥이 매우 높고 정원 바닥에 대형 수영장이 있으며 1층 로비 밖에 소파와 대나무 의자가 있어 매우 편안해 보입니다. 🏨시설: 뭐니뭐니해도 미국 호텔은 낡아서 시설이 아주 새롭진 않지만 무난합니다. 로비에는 바, 편의점, 회원 전용 비즈니스 라운지가 있으며 주류는 없고 음료와 과일만 있습니다. 🏠 객실: 넓고 밝으며 위생 상태가 좋습니다. 침구는 매우 편안하고 커튼은 수면의 질을 보장하기 위해 좋은 차광 효과가 있습니다. 욕실은 일회용 품목이 없다는 점을 제외하고는 매우 새롭습니다(프론트 데스크에 로션, 빗 등을 요청할 수 있음). 다른 모든 것은 매우 좋습니다. 전반적으로 적극 권장됩니다! 매우 친절한 호텔. 무료 룸업그레이드를 안해줘서 주차비를 면제받았어요 정말 감사합니다!

Horton은 아름다운 로비, 우아한 파란색과 흰색 디자인, 마당에 있는 나무에 일련의 조명이 있는 아주 오래된 호텔입니다. 계단과 엘리베이터는 오래되고 새 것으로 잘 보호되어 있습니다. 우리는 벽난로가있는 2 개의 트윈 룸, 2 층에 2 개의 쪼그리고 앉는 방으로 2 박을 예약했지만 레이아웃이 다릅니다. 객실 시설과 서비스는 침을 뱉어야 합니다. 우리 두 방의 욕조에서 새는 곳은 푸른 반점이 있습니다. 한 방 세면대의 물은 뜨겁기만 하고 뜨거운 물은 매우 뜨겁습니다. 두 방의 벽난로는 사용하기가 쉽지 않습니다. 그 중 하나는 완전히 열 수 없습니다. 열이 나서 프론트에 3번 전화해서 담요를 얻기 위해 1시간을 기다려야 하는 사람도 있다. 서부에 있는 대부분의 호텔은 매우 가늘고 베개가 매우 높으며 Horton에는 담요만 있다는 점을 언급할 가치가 있습니다. 서비스 직원은 웃지 않고 열정적이지 않았으며 우리 시대의 다른 호텔 서비스와 비교할 수 없었습니다. 주차와 관련하여 호텔에는 무료 주차장과 일방 통행로가 없습니다. 유료 주차는 비싸고, 우리는 가까운 공영 주차장에 주차했습니다. 주변에 많은 집이 있습니다. 가장 저렴한 것은 cvs 약국 맞은편에서 하루에 $15입니다. 식사와 관련하여 호텔에는 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지 않으며 아침 식사도 저렴하지 않습니다. 스타벅스는 길 모퉁이에 있습니다. 유명한 카페 21에서 차로 약 5분 거리에 있습니다. 브런치를 드실 수 있습니다.
