This newly renovated sun-drenched A-frame house is located on a quiet street just a short walk to the Ditch Plains ocean beach. The front deck features a retractable awning which extends over the patio set, providing shelter from the sun for comfortable outdoor relaxation. The front deck also has a gate which can be helpful with small children. The living area consists of a large open space with vaulted cathedral ceilings where the dining area and living room are combined into one big room. The new kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area, separated by a counter top accompanied by stools where family and friends can sit and eat, or chat with people in the kitchen, living room or dining area. Three newly renovated main floor bedrooms; master bedroom with New master bathroom. * Central Air Conditioning * High-speed Internet* Three flat screen TVs. Recently finished basement with Pool Table and Full Bath. Walk to Ocean. *Swimming Pool, Tennis, and Golf are available at Montauk Downs State Park. Front porch looking out to spacious yard with fire pit, volleyball net & hammock. 這是我覺得長島最值得入住的度假型酒店 位置： 位於長島靠近燈塔這一測，離燈塔就是十幾分鍾車程。離East Hapton小鎮也就是十分鐘開車的路程。就在海邊，面朝大海的絕佳位置。 停車： 車子可以停在靠近房間的停車場，還是很方便的。 健身房：健身房設施齊全，全透明的玻璃窗還可以看到日出日落，着實很浪漫。還有泳池。衹不過寫着24小時開放的健身房，在早上9點之前進入的口有點隱蔽，建議增加標識。 早餐：早餐得單點，價格還可以，口味也不錯。坐在海邊看着日出吃早餐，這點已然很加分。 房間大小： 房間挺大的，還有點點ins風。該有的都有吧。我定的房型，在陽台就可以看見日出。晚上海浪的聲音有點大。 服務： 離開的時候，落下了很重要的電子產品。酒店至今還沒回復我是否去找到了，找到了沒有，這一點有點很不滿意。
