마람(Marram)

A beautiful, relaxing spot, but unfortunately so much is closed in Montauk this time of year. Friendly staff

My husband and I wanted to have a quick weekend getaway where we could quiet our minds and relax and Marram was the perfect place for it. It's stunning and so serene, it truly felt like a retreat. Our room was very clean and we even got upgraded because we were there during the off-season. They provide so many great amentities and experiences - bikes, games, infared mats are all avaialble to borrow, nightly firepits with s'mores, continential breakfast even though the restaurant hadn't opened for the season yet, morning yoga on the pool deck. Every room has a balcony which is where I spent so much time. We were a few steps away from the ocean where we could watch the sunrise and feel like we were the only ones around for miles. If you've been to Montauk in the summer you know it's a special place, but there's something really unique and special about the quiet off season (and Marram in particular) that is restorative and peaceful.

Great stay at the Marram, it's our 2nd time, always in the fall. Everything is high quality and the service is awesome. Everybody in the team is super polite, warm and professional. Big thanks in particular to Javier! Highly recommended, will be back next year!

The room is okay - bed is pretty firm (I dont understand how other hotels have sagging mattresses) and the room was pretty clean. I like the minimalist and peaceful styling, but the concrete flooring took getting used to, the seemingly unfinished paint job raises question marks, and the room was not well lit. These may not necessarily be the most important things, but they don't really create a warm, comfortable room environment either - not exactly one that we're happy to return to after a day outdoors. They did have fire pits going out back which we enjoyed, and they do have a game room where you can enjoy board games with your family. Continental breakfast is very nice as well - nice spread including gluten free options and dairy alternatives to milk. These are nice and unique features of the hotel but honestly, it was quite expensive especially for the off season.

Once you get to the hotel you don’t need to go nowhere, they have everything you need and more. We loved the ocean view, cafe downstairs, fireplace with marshmallows and complimentary yoga. The room was beautiful with awesome-smelling products. It’s a paradise, can’t wait to go back.

Terrible place don't stay . A very poor renovations of an old motel. Rooms are pokey and no facilities minimal in room amenities and the bathroom sink is behind the front door where a cupboard used to be!!

We were lucky to get a room during the offseason on a nice day (cheaper rate) but after Mostador had closed for the season. We loved the programming, location to the beach, heated pool and well designed rooms. Definitely try to get a beachfront room! Resort fee is high ($150/day).

The hotel was amazing! Had everything I’d look for - yoga, meditation, bikes, close to town, on the beach, s’mores, nespresso in the room, complementary, healthy breakfast, games, sparking water, comfy beds. The staff were friendly, parking was easy. Truly a breeze.

A perfect location with a friendly atmosphere and staff. Check in and check out was fast and easy. We liked the cleanliness and simplicity and will definitely want to return, especially in the offseason.
