Enjoy the Managers reception and breakfast buffet. However the room we were assigned on was definitely in need of some TLC maintenance. Love that each room truly is a suite.This was a surprise as we had stayed a week before on a different level and everything was top notch. It was a holiday weekend and I am sure very busy so perhaps that is part of reason. Also,staffing may also account for a very limited and sometimes nonexistent buffet at managers reception. However , I choose to believe our stay the weekend before was more to standard of Embassy.

Fun and clean, some chill spots with pool table or firepit. Room layout was great and shower was tall and good pressure. Breakfast was fresh, very good. Eggs bacon, pancakes plus more.

**Great Value Stopover at The Highlands!**
Microtel was an excellent, convenient stop on our Fort Wayne to DC trip. Located right off I-70 at The Highlands, it was perfect for easy access. The room was **clean and quiet**, exactly what we needed for a quick rest. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast got us back on the road fast. Highly recommended for a stress-free, budget-friendly overnight!

훌륭한 호텔, 모든 범주의 5성급. 우리는 애완 동물 친화적 인 호텔이 필요했고이 Hampton Inn & Suites는 그뿐이었습니다. 프론트 데스크는 우리가 도로 여행에서 일찍 도착했을 때 이른 체크인을 허용했고 노인 풀 볼을 밖에 가져가는 것이 편리하도록 낮은 층에 우리를 배치했습니다. 하루 종일 신선한 커피는 굉장했고 매일 따뜻한 아침 식사는 환상적이었습니다. 다음에 Morgantown에있을 때 우리는 확실히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

MMandiPerfect getaway with my bestie! The hotel is gorgeous and you can tell the owners really care about the hotel and its appearance. The attention to detail is marvelous. It is reminiscent of a luxurious 1920s hotel. Think old Hollywood charm, but with all modern amenities. Free and ample parking. I stay exclusively in the Blennerhassett hotel when visiting Parkersburg. We called down to the restaurant to have brunch delivered to the room and also had dinner on the patio while a bluegrass band played. The food was hit or miss but the service was excellent and prices reasonable. Scott was our waiter and he was incredibly charming. Very sweet and made us laugh. This hotel rivals Omni hotels I have stayed in that are 3x the price. The gift shop has a self checkout option which was perfect for grabbing a last minute souvenir. The room and linens were so clean and cozy and the robes so luxurious that we decided to forego our morning plans to lounge around in the room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and have already booked my next stay when I’ll be attending the Blennerhassett by candlelight event. There are also tons of events hosted by the hotel. I intend to bring my girlfriends and my mama to the womens getaway weekend in April. The hotel is more than accommodations when visiting, it’s worth traveling just to visit the hotel. 10/10

JJunesdaughterThe convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

리리뷰어A cute place for a family holiday get together. However, be sure to stay in the updated wings of the building as (for the price) the chalets are awful...so run down looking, masked with some kind of air fresher (that smelled awful), bed was uncomfortable, and you couldn't turn down the heat - we had the heat set at 64 and it felt like it was over 80 degrees, so we ended up having to use the air conditioner (and the weather was below 32 degrees outside 😦). Breakfast buffet food was horrible. The Christmas lights drive was fun (after you got through a half hour or so line to get through the entrance - there should have been separate lines for those who stayed on site and had a paid entrance pass so that there is no waiting in line for those who had to pay at the entrance.

리리뷰어The hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure.
The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

리리뷰어We were expecting a no-frills experience, so that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the following: very loose electric outlets so it was difficult to plug in a Wi-Fi charger, broken tile on bathroom floor that was dangerous with a sharp edge. A live roach in the bathroom, a nonworking hairdryer, no Kleenex at check in and none even after maid service, a stark breakfast with no abailable cold water or juice and minimal choices. We stayed two days and some of the desk people were very kind and helpful. It was the facility that was subpar, even for an older place. Would’ve gladly paid a bit more to be more comfortable. Yes, the beds and towels and coffee were fine, btw.

리리뷰어The room was not cleaned very well. There appeared to be an olive or something on the floor that I was too scared to touch. There were also stains on the comforter from what looked like blood by the foot of the bed. The fitted sheet and flat sheet had at least been changed, but stained linens should always be washed in a decent hotel. The toilet was also old and did not flush well. No signs of bugs or anything that alarming. I was just not pleased with the cleanliness as someone who has stayed in a lot of hotels. The location is perfect for access to the hospital, so it has that going for it. Overall, it’s an average budget hotel with some room to improve.

CCheralyn KayThis was a one night stay. We checked into our room and didn’t have any water- no toilet, no shower, no sink. We went back downstairs and let them know and they said it was due to construction and the water would be back on in an hour. It wasn’t, so we went to dinner. Thankfully we finally had water. Not a great way to spend time in a hotel, when half the time we were there, we didn’t have any water to the room. Location was great, but there are other hotels around. They should have told us before booking about the construction.
