수영장 시설을 갖춘 베트남 닥락 호텔

저와 제 가족이 즐거운 경험을 하지 못했던 세 가지 이유가 있습니다. - 체크인 시 프런트 데스크에서 세 번째 사람에 대한 추가 요금을 요구했습니다. (저는 트립닷컴에서 3인 스위트룸을 3인 가격으로 예약했지만, 호텔에서는 2인으로만 등록되어 있었습니다.) - 조식은 원형 테이블과 무대가 있는 회의실에서 제공되었고, 음식 코너는 임시 홀에 설치되어 있었습니다. - 조식 때 커피를 플라스틱 컵에 마시게 했습니다.

이 호텔은 다소 모순적인 면이 있습니다. 아름다운 바다 전망을 자랑하는 멋진 위치에 자리 잡고 있으며, 조용한 어촌 해변으로 바로 연결되어 있습니다(하지만 아쉽게도 해변에는 쓰레기가 많습니다). 호텔 부지는 넓지만 객실 간 간격이 매우 좁아 어린아이를 동반한 시끄러운 가족이 옆방에 있을 때는 정말 불편합니다. 이렇게 조용한 곳에서 투숙객들이 시끄럽게 떠드는 경우가 종종 있습니다. 호텔이 외진 곳에 위치해 있어 그랩이나 택시를 타려면 20~40분 정도 걸리므로 자가용이나 스쿠터를 렌트하는 것이 좋습니다. 외국인의 경우 렌트 업체에서 렌트 기간 동안 여권을 보관해야 한다는 점을 유의하세요. 저희가 묵었던 방은 환상적인 전망과 일출을 감상할 수 있는 넓은 테라스가 있었지만, 가구를 치우지 않고는 캐리어를 편하게 둘 공간이 없었고, 젖은 수건이나 수영복을 말릴 야외 건조대도 없었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 응답도 빠르고 매우 도움이 되었으며, 저희가 최대한 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 최선을 다해 주었습니다. 수영장은 정말 좋았습니다. 리조트에 피트니스 센터가 있으면 정말 좋을 것 같습니다. 요가와 웰빙 프로그램을 제공하면 편안한 휴식을 원하는 건강에 관심 있는 여행객들을 유치하는 데 도움이 될 것입니다. 공간은 충분하니까요. 며칠 동안 편히 쉬면서 현지 해산물을 즐기기에 좋은 호텔입니다.

직원들의 친절도는 상당히 좋은 편에 속하나 시설은 노후됐고 청소는 청결하지 못하며 4층에 위치한 맛사지써비스는 금액대비 부실하다 만약 다음 출장이있다면 다시 선택하지는 않을것 같다

특히 개인여행자에게 최적화되어있는 콘도텔입니다 구우뜨!!! 위치가 좋았지만 바다뷰가 아니여서 조금 아쉬웠고... 개인여행자는 오토바이크를 렌탈하여 다니니까 별문제는 없이 바다 실컨보았습니다 특히 콘도텔 바로앞에 오토바이크 샵이 있어서 더욱 구우우뜨!!

We chose Lumiere for our family trip to Phu Yen and, honestly, didn’t expect too much from the photos. But once we arrived, every corner of the resort surprised us and made us wish we’d discovered this place earlier. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. We had a small issue with our booking and they helped sort everything out online straight away. When we met them in person, every staff member was cheerful, welcoming and genuinely dedicated in everything they did. The rooms are cosy, clean and very comfortable, and we were even upgraded for free without asking. If you’re travelling with kids, Lumiere is an excellent choice. The grounds are very spacious, surounded by a green, with a mini zoo, a lovely swimming pool, golf, gardens and plenty of space for children to run around and play safely inside the resort. Breakfast and coffee were also great. We’d be very happy to come back to Lumiere on our next trip to Phu Yen.

가는날 단체모임이 있어서 엄청 시끄러웠어요 특히 같은 층에 어린아이들 방을 모아서 쥤는지 단체로 노래부르고 복도 뛰어다니고 힘들었음 로비에 가서 이야기하고 방 바꿔달라고 했는데 안바꿔줬어요 ㅠㅠ 근데 같이 와서 이야기 해줘서 애들이 진정되긴했어요 ㅎㅎ 그것 빼고는 수영장도 좋고 맘에 들었어요

I had 1-night stay with this hotel, it was okay for me. The room was nice, big room and well cleaned. The thing is 1 standard AC for that whole room was not enough, with the hot weather outside, the inside still can feel the heat. Modern tech device in my room, smart shower, smart toilet bolw, but the water was leaking as we used head shower. The hotel overall was in fresh air, a lot of green trees, cozy environment, that was good, i really like the atsmosphere. Service was okay. 7/10 for me, they allowed outside guest to use their cafe, so sometime they mistaken me for outside guest and keep asking me if i was an in-house guest. There was parking, but no solid roof, just some net hanging on the coconut trees for shadows, with the hot weather your motobike is still on fire. Overall: nice hotel itself, for relax time is fine, don't expect super nice guest service.

뚜이호아에 올 때 마다 항상 머무는 호텔입니다. 직원들이 아주 친절하고, 24시간 숙박서비스로 항공편이너 기차편 시간까지 이용하기 좋습니다. 아침은 간단히 먹을 수 있을정도로 나오고, 루프탑 수영장과 GYM시설 괜찮습니다. 해변 산책로가 잘되어 있고 가깝습니다. 근처 유명 참치눈요리 식당과 hau ne 식당이 있습니다. 직원글 아주 친절해요.

The hotel is located next to Ganh Da Dia just 3 minutes walk. On the right is a nice beach. The hotel is new and clean with the staffs are super friendly. However the location is quite far from the city center so there is not many entertaining activities here. But we were recommended a local seafood restautant-10 XI, which both food and cost are excellent. Highly recommend to visit if you stay at this hotel
