Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

I have stayed at the hotel for 6 days , during my stay only the bathroom cleaned every day but the room not cleaned at all. The trash not taken and bed sheets were not changed. I was disappointed with that. The cleaning was the only one that was disappointing me.

저는 중국 유학생입니다. 체크인을 했을 때 흑인 여성이 나를 맞이했습니다. 저는 약간 차별을 받았다고 느꼈습니다. 저는 혼자 묵었는데 트윈룸을 배정받았습니다. 도시 전망은 평범했고 객실 시설은 괜찮았습니다.

방의 방음 효과가 매우 열악하고 주변 시설이 부족합니다.
매우 모순적인 단지, 외부는 매우 조용하지만 호텔은 매우 시끄럽습니다.
유일한 좋은 점은 아침 식사 유리입니다. 조용히 모퉁이에서 아침 식사를 즐기며 다람쥐와 새를 볼 수 있습니다.
그의 수영장은 매우 좋으며 외부도 볼 수 있습니다.

호텔의 위치는 좋습니다. 로비는 화려합니다. 하지만 객실 뷰가 좋지 않습니다 👎 클리블랜드 시내의 호텔은 정말 바닥에 있습니다. 다른 집들에 비해 프론트데스크가 넉넉하지 않고, 물 한병도 한병에 4천원입니다. 객실 시설은 현대적입니다.

귀여운 장식. 주요 위치이지만 기본적으로 편의 시설은 없습니다. 체육관과 세탁실은 마이크로 룸과 같으며 사람들이 거기에 사는 것처럼 느껴집니다. 호텔은 이상한 향기가 나고 간호사 집처럼 냄새가납니다. 또한 룸 서비스, 객실 내 물병 및 스낵이나 음료를위한 자동 판매기가 없습니다. 한밤중에 배가 고프거나 목이 마른 경우 혼자 있습니다.

JJupiterThis hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!

리리뷰어Our stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful!
The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment...
And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

리리뷰어Traveling for a death in the family, upon our arrival, which was a little bit past the 3:00PM check in we were informed they were short staffed in housekeeping and a room wasn't yet available and if we were OK with a handicap room, I had no problem because I am disabled . No biggie, we went out for dinner. The problem was we didn't receive a phone call until after 6PM, 3 hours past the time that you could check in and our room was a standard room, clearly not to aid in handicapped people . Had there been a viewing service that evening, it would of been an major issue because we had to put our belongings in another family members room. We looked past that. When we finally got in our room there was like 2 pieces of toilet paper on the roll with no extra rolls available. Again, no biggie, went to the front desk and they took care of it quickly. Day of the funeral, go to take a shower, no body wash. Again, front desk was notified and they took care of it. Our final night, I was woken up by a clock alarm coming from another room that woke me up way to early than the time I had my own alarm set. I wasn't about to go and try to locate this mysterious alarm and have it shut off, but the alarm rang well over 15 to 20 mins. The hot tub was nice to relax, but sand was on the bottom of it, and the pool was extremely cold to me.
I will say the staff that was on sight were very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability considering their lack of people to do required jobs and I did appreciate there was parking for Veterans. If I were traveling just with my wife and children I would of opted for a different hotel, but seeing how this was the location my family decided for all of us to go so we could be together in our time of mourning, it is what it is. I will not be looking into this chain of hotels for a future travel plans.

GGregH전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박. 스테이케이션 기념일로 예약했습니다. 옥상 바는 나머지 시즌 동안 문을 닫았는데 그것이 우리가 이 호텔을 선택한 주된 이유였다는 점을 고려하면 실망스러웠습니다. 이상하게도 샤워 수압은 정말 아팠습니다. 그러나 서비스와 직원은 훌륭하고 친절했습니다!

리리뷰어The location was primo right off Interstate 71, it was very easy to find. Cleanliness was good. I think this was a huge conference center at one time , that has seen better days. There is a large indoor pool, and large restaraunt that was not in use (the restauranut ). The indoor garden space must have been fantastic but is in need of severe care. Large dead plants, extremely hot and humid from the pool I guess. The hotel also appears very dark, I can only guess how much it would cost to air condition and upkeep the place. Service was okay, it was a man who was just okay as compared to the morning person who was happy and upbeat. I did see the man made the huge effort to help with card keys that did not work, etc. The room was fine except for the extremely loud A/C unit. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet ocasionnally continued to run which I manually fixed. Enough towels and such but could have used more bar soap. The TV was one of the easiest to use for me. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal for the kids, milk and yogurt in the fridge, weak coffee, apple juice, fresh fruit, and oatmeal to mix yourself. Needed more hot water to use. Also needed a carafe of decaf coffee. The outside had parking spots for hundreds. Kept up area pretty well. Bed was comfortable, and I love the pillows, they were just right. I think all the carpets in the place need steam cleaning, they did not smell but they were very dark. Again, this place needs a big infusion of cash and some personnel need to return to hospitality management school.

리리뷰어호텔은 우리가 방문하고 싶었던 모든 명소의 중심에 위치했습니다. 주차장이 숙소에 있지는 않았지만 호텔까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 지붕이 있는 주차장에 있었고 비용이 숙박에 포함되었습니다! 프론트 로비는 다소 새 것처럼 보였고 깨끗하고 반짝였습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 환영하고 친절하며 도움이 되었습니다. 호텔 방은 매우 깨끗하고 우리 중 2 명을 수용했으며 일반적으로 기대할 수있는 편의 시설을 제공했습니다. 우리는 킹 사이즈 침대가 있었고 베개가 다소 푹신했지만 우리 둘 다 각각 2개의 베개를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 우리는 더 편안하게 1~2개 더 사용할 수 있었습니다.
포함 된 아침 뷔페는 육식 식단을 먹을 때 다양한 선택으로 잘 수행되었습니다. 커피는 스타벅스에서 얻을 수 있는 것처럼 좋았습니다. 나는 그녀의 이름을 모르지만 뷔페를 가득 채운 직원은 확실히 내가 본 것 중 가장 열심히 일하는 사람 중 하나였습니다. 그녀는 친절하고 수용 적이며 예외적이었고 호텔은 그녀에게 적절하게 보상해야 합니다.
우리 숙박에 대한 유일한 부정적인 점은 거기에 있었던 2 일째에 관광 후 늦은 시간에 돌아 왔고 우리 방은 하우스 키핑으로 서비스를받지 못했다는 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에 전화를 걸어 우리를 체크인 한 직원이 하우스 키핑이 격일로만 가능하다는 것을 잊었다고 알려주었습니다. 직원은 우리에게 추가 수건을 제공했지만 침대를 거절하고 사용한 수건을 가져 가면 좋았을 것입니다.

KKJBoyd숙박이 계획대로 진행되지 않았을 때 직원들은 매우 친절하고 사과했습니다. 호텔은 매우 조용했고 매진되었다고 들었지만 혼잡하지 않았습니다. 그것들은 우리 숙박의 좋은 부분입니다. 나쁜 부분: 우리 방은 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났지만 이유를 찾는 데 시간이 조금 걸렸습니다. 내 딸은 신발을 벗고 창문과 에어컨 장치 옆에 있는 침대로 걸어갔습니다. 우리가 생각했던 것은 방금 얼룩진 카펫이 유닛에서 젖어 떨어지는 것이었습니다. 바닥이 너무 포화되어 우리가 걸을 때 말 그대로 삐걱 거리는 소리를 낼 수 있었습니다. 프론트 데스크에 전화하기 위해 전화를 받으러 갔고 다이얼 톤이 없었습니다. 배선을 확인하고 매우 분명히 죽은 것을 제외하고는 아무 문제가 발견 한 후, 우리는 프론트 데스크로 걸어갔습니다. 프론트 데스크의 여성은 사과하고 밤에 다른 방을 찾기 위해 몇 분 동안 시도했지만 완전히 매진되었고 우리에게는 다른 것이 없다고 설명했습니다. 우리는 15시간 이상의 도로 여행 중간에 있었고 이미 오후 11시가 넘었기 때문에 휴식을 취하기 위해 방으로 돌아갔습니다. 우리는 밤새도록 바닥에 떨어지는 AC 장치를 들었습니다. 아침에 나는 뜨거운 물이 전혀 나오지 않기 위해 샤워를 하러 갔다. 물은 실내 온도에 이르렀고 그것은 갈만큼 멀었습니다. 대체로 좋은 경험은 아니지만 직원들은 매우 정중하고 사과했습니다.
