피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 미국 오하이오 호텔

Our stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful! The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment... And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

Traveling for a death in the family, upon our arrival, which was a little bit past the 3:00PM check in we were informed they were short staffed in housekeeping and a room wasn't yet available and if we were OK with a handicap room, I had no problem because I am disabled . No biggie, we went out for dinner. The problem was we didn't receive a phone call until after 6PM, 3 hours past the time that you could check in and our room was a standard room, clearly not to aid in handicapped people . Had there been a viewing service that evening, it would of been an major issue because we had to put our belongings in another family members room. We looked past that. When we finally got in our room there was like 2 pieces of toilet paper on the roll with no extra rolls available. Again, no biggie, went to the front desk and they took care of it quickly. Day of the funeral, go to take a shower, no body wash. Again, front desk was notified and they took care of it. Our final night, I was woken up by a clock alarm coming from another room that woke me up way to early than the time I had my own alarm set. I wasn't about to go and try to locate this mysterious alarm and have it shut off, but the alarm rang well over 15 to 20 mins. The hot tub was nice to relax, but sand was on the bottom of it, and the pool was extremely cold to me. I will say the staff that was on sight were very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability considering their lack of people to do required jobs and I did appreciate there was parking for Veterans. If I were traveling just with my wife and children I would of opted for a different hotel, but seeing how this was the location my family decided for all of us to go so we could be together in our time of mourning, it is what it is. I will not be looking into this chain of hotels for a future travel plans.

We had a double bed and a sofa bed. All the bed mattresses were too soft and sank in the middle. The air-conditioner was very noisy and not very cold. The pillows were also too soft.

Not bad of a hotel, wish I utilized the indoor pool though haha but the room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast is alright though nothing extravagant just very basic but at least it was free

나쁘지 않은 장소 Marcus는 매우 친절했고 우리를 도왔습니다. 매우 깨끗한 곳은 아니지만 그냥 들르면 사람들이 친절하고 늦게 일합니다.

이 호텔은 좀 낡았지만, 위치는 정말 최고예요! 아들 생일 기념으로 캐브스 경기를 보러 클리블랜드에 갔습니다. 도착했을 때 발렛이 너무 복잡했어요. 아무도 나와서 맞아주거나 하지 않아서 발렛 직원들이 모두 주차하러 간 줄 알았죠. 그런데 세 명은 안에 앉아서 웃고 떠들고 있더라고요. 어디에도 비용에 대한 언급이 없었는데, 체크아웃할 때 하루 50달러라는 요금에 정말 놀랐습니다. 체크아웃할 때 차를 가져오는 데 한 시간이나 걸렸다는 걸 생각하면, 그 요금은 정말 과도하다고 생각해요. 체크인하러 갔을 때, 200달러를 홀드하기 위해 신용카드가 필요하다는 말에 놀랐습니다. 선결제했고 카드 정보만 필요할 줄 알았지, 금액을 홀드할 줄은 몰랐거든요. 아무튼, 저희가 배정받은 첫 번째 방은 괜찮아 보였습니다. 로켓 아레나가 멋지게 보이는 뷰였죠. 그런데 잠시 쉬려고 천장을 보니 천장이 무너져 내리고 있더라고요!! 건물이 오래되었다는 점을 감안해서 그냥 넘어가기로 했습니다. 하지만 샤워하러 일어났는데 벽에 길고 갈색 머리카락 뭉치가 엄청나게 붙어 있는 걸 보고는 도저히 참을 수가 없었어요. 프런트 데스크에 갔더니 그들은 문제에 대해 아주 친절하게 응대해 주었고, 바로 다른 방으로 옮겨주었습니다. 방은 기본적입니다. 옷장 안에 다리미, 물 두 병, 커피 메이커와 커피, 그리고 미니 냉장고가 있어요. 방에 있는 TV는 아주 컸는데, 그건 좋았습니다. 체크아웃은 쉬웠는데, 로비에 사람들이 모두 자기 차가 오기를 기다리고 있더라고요! 마지막으로 말씀드릴 것은, 저는 트립을 통해 슈프림 룸을 결제했는데 스탠다드 룸만 받았다는 점입니다. 아마 트립과 호텔 사이에 의사소통 오류가 있었던 것 같아요. 조심하세요...

The location was primo right off Interstate 71, it was very easy to find. Cleanliness was good. I think this was a huge conference center at one time , that has seen better days. There is a large indoor pool, and large restaraunt that was not in use (the restauranut ). The indoor garden space must have been fantastic but is in need of severe care. Large dead plants, extremely hot and humid from the pool I guess. The hotel also appears very dark, I can only guess how much it would cost to air condition and upkeep the place. Service was okay, it was a man who was just okay as compared to the morning person who was happy and upbeat. I did see the man made the huge effort to help with card keys that did not work, etc. The room was fine except for the extremely loud A/C unit. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet ocasionnally continued to run which I manually fixed. Enough towels and such but could have used more bar soap. The TV was one of the easiest to use for me. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal for the kids, milk and yogurt in the fridge, weak coffee, apple juice, fresh fruit, and oatmeal to mix yourself. Needed more hot water to use. Also needed a carafe of decaf coffee. The outside had parking spots for hundreds. Kept up area pretty well. Bed was comfortable, and I love the pillows, they were just right. I think all the carpets in the place need steam cleaning, they did not smell but they were very dark. Again, this place needs a big infusion of cash and some personnel need to return to hospitality management school.

Downtown locations are not always in inviting places, but this downtown location is fantastic, with good views, restaurants around, right across the street from the local minor league ballpark, and easy access to major streets and roads. The hotel itself is nice, fairly new, and clean. A few notes for travelers: Laundry: two sets of machines onsite; coin-op ($2.50 to wash, $2.50 to dry); hotel provides free laundry detergent; I had to go to a nearby restaurant to get coins Parking: park with an app; free; convenient; the parking garage will tow cars parked in your spot Lounge and bar: we didn't use the bar, but it seemed popular; board games in the lounge for people to enjoy Housekeeping: we stayed two nights, and our room was not cleaned or tidied during the day. There was no notice of this, so we were surprised. When I asked for clean towels, they only had a couple of washclothes on hand. Breakfast: not the best. Ok, but not noteworthy. Bottom line: we would stay here again, though I wouldn't seek it out or insist on it.
