Well where do i start? Has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive but not intimidating and could never do enough to help. We arrived early but nothing seems like it could be a problem to them, had the key cards within 5 minutes and were in our room. The wellness area was spotless and the staff more than happy to bring the drinks to you whether you’re in the hot tub or sat by the pool, plenty of towels and slippers available if needed. The bars and restaurants also spotless and the food in the restaurant was truly amazing and I just wished we had booked to eat there earlier in our stay as we would have gone several times as the menu was so varied. Location is excellent for skiing and also visiting all the attractions in the area. Would we go back? Definitely we will be going back again but longer stay so we can relax and feel pampered for longer.

I use this hotel often for business trips to a client in Humenne. It's the best hotel in Humenne for this purpose. It's very clean, quiet, the room sound insulation is very good and it is in a quiet location. Staff is effective. Restaurant is very good. 

Nice location. If you visit mid-night, it may be a bit different to find the entrance door. Free parking is available in the back yard.

An excellent real hotel with a culture of service from 1898. Almost IN the rail station. Excellent cafe elegant. Great staff

Stunning lake view from the room. With variety of jacuzzis and sauna, I had relaxing time during my stay.
