체크인 당일 너무 늦게 도착해서 조용한 방을 원한다고 해서 가장 안쪽 코너로 안내받았습니다. 문에 들어서니 커튼이 빡빡하지 않아 더욱 기분이 나빴다. 방을 바꿔달라고 했어요. 다행히 방을 바꾸는 속도는 꽤 빨랐지만 2층 발코니에 블록이 있어서 조명이 전혀 좋지 않아서 아래층으로 방을 바꿨습니다. 세 끼는 조식이 10시에 끝나서 하루가 없었어요. 점심과 저녁은 비슷했고 먹을 것도 없었습니다. 생선구이 말고는 해산물이 하나도 안보였어요. 사진은 기만적이었습니다. 놀 곳이 꽤 많은데 미끄럼틀이 있는 다른 풀의 물은 차가워서 전시만 할 수 있다.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

주변 환경과 건축은 매우 훌륭하지만, 서비스는 일반 호텔 수준이며, 그렇다고 해서 프리미엄을 정당화할 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어, 저와 제 친구는 다른 시간에 도착했지만, 호텔은 각 객실에 대해 무료 픽업 서비스를 한 번만 제공해주었습니다. 결국, 우리 객실 측에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 취소한 후에야 친구의 출발 택시 요금을 환불해 주겠다고 했습니다. 매우 번거로웠습니다. 1박에 2~3천 위안이 드는 중국 내 호텔은 모두 1인당 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 루앙프라방의 아만은 귀사와 같은 브랜드로, 투숙객이 호텔을 나서서 게임을 할 때마다 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한, 우리가 아침을 먹고 있을 때, 직원들이 우리 친구 중 다른 한 명에게 주스를 쏟았는데, 그들은 사과도 하지 않았고, 내 친구에게 묻은 주스와 바닥에 묻은 주스를 치우지도 않았습니다. 간단히 말해서, 여기의 서비스는 기대에 못 미쳐서 두 번째는 가지 않을 것 같아요.

모든 편의 시설에 가까운 위치에 있는 매우 좋은 호텔이지만 직원은 세심하지 않습니다. 스파는 5mondes의 팬이 될 가치가 없습니다... 차가운 기름, 통제할 수 없는 압력으로 인해 목이 막히게 되었습니다.

バスタブがあって、オールインクルーシブなホテルを探していたらこちらを見つけました。 市内からはタクシーで80MADで、約20分かかりました。 ホテルから市内へ向かう場合のタクシーは150MADとのことです。 市内へはホテルのシャトルバスもありますが、片道1人15MADで、時間も決められているのと、当日予約は埋まっているので、タクシー利用をおすすめします。 バーカウンターやレストランにいたスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、仕事もてきぱきされてました。 アメニティは、スリッパや歯ブラシ、バスローブなどは全てないです。 また、電源がヨーロッパ仕様なので、変圧器をホテル内にあるショップで80MADで購入しました。 レストラン会場は、朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てビュッフェ形式で、ワインも白、ロゼ、赤が飲み放題でした。 日本の感覚からすると、この値段でこの施設やサービスはあり得ないので、日程に余裕があるならぜひ一度宿泊することをおすすめします。

My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech.

Alles was in orde, jammer dat in de kamers de gebedsrichting niet word aangegeven. En helaas geen gebedskleed. Voor de rest was alles perfect.
