一價全含是特別讓人覺得爽的，無論何時想吃點喝點都隨意，不過酒店相對老了一些，游泳池關的比較早，衹到晚上7、8點鐘

Stayed in thus hotel early January 2024, great food at the buffet, every option you can think of, food is available every minute of the day with snack bars open, drinks are great. With the restaurant staff making the dinning experience a pleasure, taking drinks orders and clearing up with a smile. The most impressive thing is the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, we had a room cleaning supervisor Duminda, He was always approachable making sure the room was spotless and if we needed anything that he could help with, tea coffee and mini bar top ups. Every day a different towel animal on the bed, it was a lovely touch! Honestly the cleanest hotel room wise and facilities we have ever stayed in! Highly recommended

RIU Sri Lanka provides all inclusive at a reasonable price compared to all other hotels in Sri Lanka. Food is delicious and it’s served as buffet, hotel is very clean and provides all the facilities expected in modern hotels. Hospitality of the staff is excellent as well. I am aware personally that front office training ushan was performs well in challenging situations. He also very pleasant, friendly and able to resolve problems. I highly recommend him for a similar position and wish him the best of luck in all future endeavors. Thank you riu team…Sri Lanka is a beautiful place and we will definitely be back!

I can highly recommend the Riu Sri Lanka hotel. Probably not 5 stars in European level but otherwise quite close. We had family suite and it was excellent that kids can had own beds and own room. Housekeeping work everyday. Hotel staff customer service attidute was top class, employees was so friendly and try make sure that you will enjoy your vacation. Nothing to complain. Couple words about food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good, all kind of food and lot of different selections. Evening Snack time between 15:00-17:30 selection was quite limited and not so much variation what to eat. Fresh fruits and some sweets usually hotdogs, burgers and sandwhich, fruits. We also spent time on beach and nice as well. Waves was little bit too strong for swimming with kids but otherwise to spend time there as well. Couple of local sellers but if you said no thanks they left you alone. This is something what really annoying me in many other countries where they don’t understand word No thanks but here in Sri Lanka this was lovely suprise to me. We plan in advance that we will do the trips but when I heard the price from the guy called Shadow on the beach I first thought that this can’t be true. Cost was 1/3 from TUI trips. We take River Safari, Yala Safari and Tuk tuk services and many others. Changed whatssapp number and everything works really nice. Tour with Shadow and Shadow.

We had a great 7 days holiday at Riu Sri Lanka. This is a such a wonderful hotel with amazing staff who are always trying to make you happy We would like to recommend sanjays who works in pool bar and our room boy Nisal We made all our tours with Tony Sri Lanka Tours and they are highly recommend

30/3/24 - 13/4/24 Stayed at Rui Sri Lanka in Ahungalle excellent hotel. Staff are so friendly can’t do enough for you. Food is good read previous reviews and had reservations but safe to say I shouldn’t have read them. Entertainment staff get really involved and run good entertainment. Only down side Rude Russians no manners but that didn’t spoil holiday. Treated myself to a. Purple of treatments in the Renova Spa , really good Special recommendations - Nigel Pompeus brilliant rep very helpful and very knowledgeable. Booked a few trips with him. First trip to Galle, Dinesh was our guide brilliant knowledge and very attentive. Made sure we had all information and cared for. Made sure we seen everything on the list and more. Second day trip, Udawalawe National Park. We got same guide Dinesh. Well worth the early start. Third trip -Ella seen Waterfall, Adam’s peak and seven arch bridge. Long day but worth it maybe should e thought about doing an overnight stay. Great holiday, hotel very clean and staff helpful and friendly
