조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 베트남 타인호아 호텔

주중 아침식사가 9시30분까지인 걸 제외하면 모든 것이 좋습니다. 깔끔하고 친절하고 조용하고... 야외 수영장을 이용하기에는 아직 기온이 낮아 온수풀인 이곳을 이용했는데 좋았습니다. 수심은 1.2m로 낮았지만...

I had one of the most memorable stays at “Halora Puluong Retreat”, and the experience exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The bungalows are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and perfectly situated among the breathtaking rice terraces. The panoramic views are simply unforgettable, and waking up each morning surrounded by such peaceful and beautiful scenery was truly special. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the wonderful team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to “Chiên”, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, cheerful, professional, and dedicated to helping us with everything we needed. Her warm personality and outstanding hospitality made a real difference and left us with beautiful memories of our time here. I would also like to give a very special thank you to “Jenny”, whose energy, enthusiasm, and beautiful smile brought so much warmth to the retreat. She was always active, helpful, and full of positive energy. Her presence was truly memorable, and she seemed to be the spirit of the retreat. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us during our stay. Her kindness and dedication made our experience even more special. A special thank you as well to the restaurant team for their excellent service. They were attentive, polite, and consistently made us feel welcome, creating a lovely dining experience throughout our stay. I only have one small suggestion that could make this already wonderful experience even better. We noticed that some male staff members occasionally smoked in the seating area near the reception. Perhaps creating a designated smoking area outside, away from the main guest areas, would be a more professional solution and would help maintain the fresh, peaceful atmosphere that makes this retreat so special. This is only a small suggestion, as overall we were extremely happy with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for everything and for creating such a beautiful and memorable experience. If you are looking for a peaceful, elegant retreat surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, “Halora Puluong Retreat” is an excellent choice. We spent two unforgettable days here and would genuinely be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con bungalow che affacciano direttamente sulle risaie terrazzate. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale gentilissimo, nonostante un disguido relativo alla prenotazione di un taxi da parte nostra, sono stati molto disponibili e gentili nell' aiutarci a trovare una soluzione. Ottima la cena nel ristorante. Bellissimo anche il paese immerso nella natura.

이것은 내 전체 여행 중 가장 기괴하고 역동적인 숙박 중 하나였습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃은 불필요하게 길고 실망스러운 경험이었습니다. 두 개의 레스토랑은 문을 닫았고 스파는 문을 닫았고 바는 문을 닫았고 문을 연 한 레스토랑은 수박 주스나 맥주만 칵테일을 하지 않았습니다. 우리는 개인 빌라와 수영장을 가지고있었습니다. 방은 훌륭하고 넓고 편안한 침대였습니다. 침실의 대부분은 벽걸이에 걸 수 있는 TV용 책상에 의해 차지되었지만. 사랑스러운 발코니, 그 위에 앉을 좌석이 없다는 것이 유감입니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 수영장은 정말 더럽고 더러웠습니다. 수영장 청소기가 와서 훨씬 더 좋게 만들었지 만 여전히 수영장 바닥 모서리가 더러웠습니다. 수영장 데크에도 가구가 없습니다. 죽은 식물로 가득 찬 화단에 의해 많은 옥상이 차지되었습니다. 야외 샤워는 시원하고 아름다운 호수 전망이었습니다. 얼음을 주문했고 다른 손님을 본 적이 없지만 우리 방에 도착하는 데 1 시간 30 분이 걸렸습니다. 모든 직원은 즐겁고 행복했습니다. 좋은 점이 있지만 우리가 지불 한 가격에 대해 베트남에서 가진 다른 숙박과 비교할 때 가치가 없었습니다.

Dịch vụ bên khách sạn rất phù hợp cho du khách lẻ. Đội ngũ nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Các bạn lễ tân chu đáo hướng dẫn rất tỉ mỉ tư vấn rất kĩ cho mình lựa chọn được phòng phù hợp và ưng ý. Mình sẽ quay lại nhiều lần nữa.

I stayed at this homestay for 10 days and had a wonderful time. I loved the peace and quiet, the sounds of nature, the view, and the incredibly kind, fun, and helpful family. The homestay is located away from the tourist hub, which was a huge plus for me. I found the surroundings beautiful, with the absolute highlight being the waterfall just 100 meters away—I went into the water there every afternoon. Magical. I rented a good scooter from the family and used it to explore the area. I encountered so much friendliness along the way, including in the nearest village, Doan (4 km away). It is definitely a place I would return to. Thank you, family, for all the lovely moments.

The accommodation is beautiful but the location is not close to the nice views, attractions or restaurants. So you rely on transportation which the hotel could make more clear. They also didn’t advertise any activities and since their English wasn’t great, you’re kind of left with organizing yourself. It was also difficult to contact them bc they’re not fast in replying to emails, there’s no WhatsApp number on their website, and I couldn’t call with my phone data package. So while the accommodation is great, and Pu Luong is incredibly beautiful, the hotel staff could be more forthcoming with customer service.

이 호텔은 탄화에서 가장 번화한 지역 근처에 위치해 있으며, 야시장에서 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있어 빈컴 호텔보다 훨씬 편리합니다. 야시장과 가깝지만 한 블록 정도 떨어져 있어 밤에도 시끄럽지 않습니다.
