I recently stayed at this hotel in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities one would expect from a high-end hotel. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which helped make my stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The hotel also featured a range of facilities that really added to my overall enjoyment of the stay. The restaurant, in particular, was impressive, featuring a diverse menu that included both local and international dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I found myself eating most of my meals at the hotel. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which meant I didn't have to worry about finding a safe place to park my car. The place was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was a 100/10. One of the best places for meetings or just staycation in Bulawayo .

Although my room was located quite far from the reception, all was great. Big room, comfortable beds, nice shower. Additionaly selection of cafes and teas. Asked for a late checkout and got it. The very building is historic and quite cute The hotel is located in the very centre of the town

Small room. Generally ok. Has toilet and tub and hot water but no door between the toilet and bedroom

- Location of the place is not bad. - Cleanliness, was ok. - The showers are the worst. The room I had has a broken shower screen and the shower it's self not working properly. Ended up using shower in the next room.

Czyste i przestronne pomieszczenia. W pokoju spray na insekty. Śniadania z karty podawane do stolika.
