옥상 플랫폼의 전망에 만족하면 방이 작으며 대부분의 시간이 밖에 있습니다. 서비스 직원은 매우 친절하고 영어를 할 수 있습니다. 구시 가지에서 놀기 쉽습니다.

The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

저는 이비스 호텔 키토에서 3박을 했는데 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 현대적이며, 레스토랑, 상점, 그리고 시내 주요 관광지까지 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 매우 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 항상 질문에 답해주고 현지 정보를 알려주었습니다. 객실은 편안했고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 편안한 침대, 좋은 와이파이, 그리고 따뜻한 물이 나오는 샤워 시설(긴 하루를 보낸 후 정말 유용했습니다!)이 있었습니다. 조식은 다양하고 맛있었으며, 커피도 훌륭했습니다. 호텔이 안전하다고 느껴져서 더욱 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 심플하고 편안했으며 가격 대비 만족도가 매우 높았습니다. 다음에 키토에 오게 되면 꼭 다시 이비스 호텔에 묵을 것입니다.

Very higj standard hotel next to Quito airport. You need a shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport but the hotel runs a shuttle service round the clock. The staff were very professional and the facilities were great. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

호텔은 모든면에서 훌륭하고 식사가 매우 편리하며 주변에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 아침에 일찍 나가면 호텔에서 무료 커피와 스낵을 제공합니다.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

The hotel gave me a much larger roon than last time and it was really fantastic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is still a bit sad as not much hot food choices. Location is very convenient.

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.
