Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving.
Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

호텔은 시설이 완벽하고 위생적이고 깨끗하며 교통이 편리합니다. 아침 식사가 상당히 풍부하고 Ctrip이 다음날 호텔을 확인하지 않았기 때문에 다시 예약을 도와달라고 특별히 전화했습니다.

First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

My transit hotel before leaving KSA after fews weeks in Jubail. 35-45 min to airport. Nearby Dammam corniche. Lots of restaurant nearby can be reach by walking distance. Wish to stay more days here.

담맘의 최고의 추억은 우리 호텔입니다. 우리는 밤 늦게 도착했고, 단지 1 분 후에 우리를 정착시키고, finice와 함께 차를 마셨다. 우리는 숙련 된 요리사가 준비하고 초대형 친절한 웨이터가 제공하는 훌륭한 아침 식사를 기다리고 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 또한 체육관을 매우 좋아했습니다.

리리뷰어For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

방 공간이 좋고 스토브와 전자 레인지를 제공하여 여러 날 머무르는 가족에게 매우 도움이됩니다.
유일한 의견은 매트리스에 관한 것입니다. 실제로 매우 편안하지 않고 수영장이 매우 작으며 적어도 태양 열로 덮여야한다고 생각합니다.

HHoustonian일찍 도착하면 하루 더 돈을 내는 건 상관없지만, 왜 거짓말을 했는지 이해할 수 없었습니다. 체크인을 위해 예약한 날 오전 3시 30분에 호텔에 왔습니다. 전액을 내라고 했지만 아침 식사는 제공되지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 제가 예약한 금연 객실이 없어서 12시에 아래층으로 내려가 다른 방에 다시 체크인하라고 했습니다. 다 괜찮았습니다. ”5성급 호텔이기 때문에!” 로비 소파에 몇 시간을 보내지 못하게 했습니다(다만 지난 며칠 동안 저와 제 동료를 포함한 사람들이 커피나 간식을 사지 않고 소파에 계속 머무는 것을 보았습니다). 제가 겪은 고통은 방을 바꾸기 위해 오후 3시까지 기다리라고 했다는 것입니다. 프런트 데스크에 여러 번 전화했고 결국 중국으로 다시 전화해서 Ctrip에 문의했습니다. 7시간도 안 되는 숙박으로 하루 종일 변경해 준 직원이 제 휴대전화에서 Ctrip 예약을 보았습니다. 영어: 프런트 카운터의 여인이 내가 다른 예약을 했다는 걸 몰랐다고 했어요! 그들이 호텔을 관리하는 데 어떤 시스템을 사용하는지 이해할 수 없어요. 결국 짐을 챙겨 점심을 먹으러 나갔다가 오후 1시 30분에 다른 방을 받았어요. 하드웨어와 관련해서 침대 앞 벤치에 대해 불평하고 싶어요. 딱딱하고 무거운 물건이었는데, 밤에 화장실에 가거나 잠을 자러 돌아올 때 부딪히면 무릎이 부러질 정도였어요. 왜 그렇게 작은 방에 모든 걸 집어넣으려고 하는지 이해할 수 없었어요. 아침 식사 샐러드 격자에 모래가 있었어요. 제가 운이 없었을까요? 어쨌든 항상 5성급에 머무는 사람으로서 저는 앞으로 이 호텔에 다시 오지 않을 거예요.

익익명 사용자I stay in this hotel for two nights, the hotel is very nice located near the Cornishe. the breakfast was great with lot of food types. The room must be repaired, at bathroom there is a water leakages. At night is a little bit noisy because street. The hear dryer did'nt work hot. For my opinion this isn't 4 stars hotel.

익익명 사용자We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .
We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night ! They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room.
It is unfair !! So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view.
Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.
We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room. In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.
I am not satisfied for this matter.
