Room was clean and great , service was excellent but you can hear people caughing 3 rooms away and people in the hallway feel like they are in your room . Woke me up 4 times in a 6 hours span . Will not go again

Concierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking.
Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided).
Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room.
Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower.

Everything was wonderful at The Pointe. However, the coffee that they put out in the morning is really just colored water, it is not edible, even if you are an addict. I've noticed more and more hotels are advertising coffee but then not making it correctly. I don't know if they are consciously trying to save money or if their front line employees prefer to use the previous day's grounds because it is somehow easier.

Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

우리는 3 개월 전에 방을 예약했으며 호텔은 우리를 업그레이드했습니다. 매우 만족합니다. 👍
저녁 7시 30 분에 호텔 1 층 식당에서 저녁을 먹었습니다. 원래 랍스터 파스타를 먹으러 갔지만 늦을 수도 있습니다. 랍스터는 쇠고기 파스타로 바뀌지 않았습니다. 맛도 👍
요리의 양이 너무 커서 두 사람이 먹을 수 없습니다.

리리뷰어The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

KKatie우리가 도착했을 때 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절하고 환영했습니다. 우리는 로비 바로 옆 레스토랑에서 식사를 할 수 있다고 들었으므로 거기에서 저녁을 먹을 계획이었습니다. 20분 후 식당에 도착했을 때 옆집 결혼식 때문에 미리 예약하지 않으면 그곳에서 먹을 수 없다고 하더군요. 그 여성은 우리에게 ”200명의 결혼식을 우선시해야 한다”고 말했습니다. 나는 우리가 어디에서 먹어야 하는지 물었고 그 여성은 어깨를 으했다. 매우 친절하게 사과하고 바를 추천 한 웨이터 중 한 명이 있습니다. 그들은 레스토랑 메뉴에서 몇 가지 요리를 먹었습니다. 우리는 둘 다 지쳤고 그 여성은 우리에게 매우 무례했기 때문에 꽤 짜증이 났습니다. 우리는 이 결혼식 때문에 20명 이상의 사람들이 저녁을 먹지 않는 것을 보았습니다. 나는 그들이 결혼식과 결혼식 음식에 집중해야 한다는 것을 완전히 이해하지만 우리가 도착했을 때 이미 예약을 하지 않는 한 레스토랑이 없다는 말을 들었어야 했습니다. 리조트는 매우 훌륭하고 거기에서 할 수있는 재미있는 일이 많이 있었지만 일부 직원은 매우 불친절했습니다.

Not much food around the area though.
The hot tub wasn't working when we went, also the 'heated pool' was not heated at all.

리리뷰어While I was just passing through on a working trip and only stayed overnight, I can see that this is a lovely place for families and friends to relax in nature. The cabin that I stayed in was immaculate and very comfortable! While I didn’t get to avail myself of any of the amenities, I know I would very much have appreciated them had I been able to stay longer - the laundry cabin, the pool, tether ball and large shaded sandbox, hammock in the shade next to the river, and fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There doesn’t seem to be a lot going on in the area, but this is such a nice spot to just kick back and relax and get away.
