Отличный отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом. Все просьбы решались очень быстро на ресепшен. Вкусное и разнообразное питание, красивый панорамный ресторан, достаточное количество лежаков, зеленая территория с пальмами. Спасибо!

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. La struttura era molto molto grande quindi da una parte offre molti servizi (la Spa, campi da tennis o padel, beach volley, tanti ristoranti...) ma dall'altra è difficile trovarli e raggiungerli tutti, servirebbe una mappa che ti spieghi bene dove andare! Nei ristoranti si mangia abbastanza bene e le persone che ci lavorano attorno sono molto brave e gentili!

Отличный отель за свою цену, находится не у моря, но на пляж возит минибас, рядом находится 2 молла, на территории отеля хороший парк, где приходят отдыхать местные. Такое тусовочное место, много магазинчиков и ресторанов на любой кошелёк. Номера большие, чистые, убираются хорошо. Кормят хорошо, разнообразно. Выбирала полупансион. На пляже отельные лежаки, полотенца, есть вилла, где можно попить и помыться. Пляж шикарный, чистый белый песок, народа мало. В отеле есть бассейн на территории, но вода в нем очень холодная) Очень доброжелательный персонал!!! Россиян очень мало, они искренне нам рады!!

단점은 레스토랑과 시장과 같은 중요한 지역에서 멀리 떨어져 있다는 것입니다. 접수원도 바다가 보이지 않는 별도의 침실 장벽이다. 스윗은 저에게 말했습니다. ”침팬지의 아버지는 바다의 돌일 뿐이었고, 오래된 집에 있는 작은 침실이었습니다.” 그리고 다시 돌아가서 그의 침대로 데려갔습니다. 이상한 일이 있고, 신은 Lich Soy를 알고 있습니다. 레스토랑과 뷔페는 훌륭하고 달콤합니다.

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

Al Baleed Resort has great location with miles of unspoilt white sand beach. Eating options are limited to only 3 restaurants. The breakfast at the Salkana restaurant is extremely good with great service from all the staff. However, the dinner buffet for the Indian night was below average with some dishes that did NOT do justice to the Indian Cuisine. There is much room for improvement on food quality and taste. The Al Mina restaurant (Mediterranean Cuisine) was very disappointing in terms of vegetarian options and general service. On one occasion we had to wait 40 minutes before even the bread & olive oil were brought to the table!

Отель расположен в часе езды от аэропорта. Находится в отдалении от всего, т.е выйти за территорию некуда. Номера расположены в главном здании и в отдельно стоящих домиках. К сожалению, при нашем заселении в номере пятизвездочного отеля не оказалось ни тапочке, ни халата, ни принадлежностей. Принесли только после просьбы. Питание достаточно однообразное и скудное. За едой выстраивается очередь. Персонал не успевает убирать столики за посетителями , напитки легче взять самим, чем дождаться, когда их принесут. Напитки подают только в строго отведанное время с 12 до 15 в баре у бассейна и с 12 до 18 по пятницам. В кафе в лобби все платно. При этом обмен денег на стойке ресепшн невозможен , нужно идти в лавку, в которой обязательно что-то надо купить. Лежаков у бассейна не хватает, но здесь не вина отеля, а отдыхающих, которые занимают места и не приходят. Пляж находится немного в отдалении - можно доехать на багги или дойти пешком. Иногда и на пляже не хватает лежаков. Анимации нет, только на итальянском для итальянцев. Для итальянцев отдельный ресторан. Персонал дружелюбный, на стойке ресепшн говорят на русском. В целом , пребывание в отеле достаточно комфортное. Белый песок и лазурное море сгладили недочеты.
