주차장 시설을 갖춘 이탈리아 베네토 호텔

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

돌로미티에서 밀라노로 돌아가는 길에 하룻밤 묵었는데, 전체적으로 그냥 그랬어요. 기차역과 가깝지만 주변이 안전하지 않고, 방은 환기가 잘 안 돼서 냄새가 났어요. 매트리스도 꽤 더러웠고, 이불 시트 두 장을 줘서 그 사이에 자고 이불은 시트 위에 덮어야 했어요. 침대 커튼도 없었고요. 화장실은 넓어서 좋았습니다. 방음은 정말 안 좋았고, 공용 공간에서 매일 밤 행사가 있어서 잠귀가 밝으신 분들은 피하는 게 좋겠어요. 서비스는 별로였고, 프런트 직원들은 좀 불친절했어요. 베네치아 치고는 가성비는 괜찮은 편이지만, 다음번엔 그냥 다른 도시로 바로 이동해서 묵을 것 같아요.

Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! 위치가 베네치아 중심부랑 멀리 떨어져있습니다. 셔틀버스 덕분에 괜찮았지만 셔틀버스 내려서 베네치아역까지 20분정도 걸어야해요 숙소는 한국의 글램핑 느낌이구요 , 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

호텔은 섬의 기차역에서 2km 떨어져 있습니다. 로마 광장(Piazzale Roma)까지 1.50유로짜리 셔틀버스를 타고 몇 분 안에 갈 수 있습니다. 로마 광장에서 공항으로 가는 5번 버스도 꽤 편리합니다. 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 평범하고 좀 밋밋합니다. 슬리퍼나 세면도구도 없습니다. 유럽 호텔이라니! (호텔에서 콜라를 캔당 4.50유로에 판매합니다. 사지 마세요. 그냥 나와서 지하 주차장에서 우회전하세요. 음료 자판기가 1.60유로입니다. ㅎㅎ)

강추합니다, 가성비 최고예요! 베네치아 여행 시 섬 외곽 숙소를 고려하신다면 이 지역에 있는 이 호텔을 강력 추천해요. 교통, 중식, 위생 모두 훌륭합니다. 호텔 전체적인 인테리어는 약간 북유럽 스타일로, 깔끔하고 모던한 느낌이에요.

객실은 깨끗하고 편안했으며, 위치도 좋아서 시내까지 버스로 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 프런트 데스크 직원의 태도가 매우 불친절했습니다. 어디 출신인지는 모르겠지만 인종차별적인 태도를 보였습니다. 영어가 모국어가 아니어서 그녀의 말을 바로 알아듣지 못했는데, 다시 말해달라고 하자 짜증을 내듯 목소리를 높였습니다. 그녀의 태도에 불쾌감을 느꼈고, 앞서 언급한 장점들에도 불구하고 다음에 베로나에 오게 된다면 다른 숙소를 찾을 것입니다. 매니저께서 이 상황을 인지하시고 조치를 취해주시기를 바랍니다.

호텔은 베니스 메스트레 역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있으며, 바로 옆에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 호텔 규모는 크지 않고 객실은 아담하지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 욕실은 넓고 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있어 작업 공간으로도 활용할 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 L4번 버스를 타고 다섯 정거장 가면 주요 관광 지역이자 교통 허브 및 종착역에 도착합니다. 공항으로 가려면 15번 버스를 타세요. 전반적으로 매우 편리한 위치입니다. 호텔 서비스는 전문적이며 프런트 데스크와 레스토랑 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 조식은 제가 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 푸짐해서 강력 추천합니다!

확실한 장점은 기차역에서 약 400m 떨어진 위치입니다(두 개의 주유소 근처에서 길을 건널 때 조심하세요. 기차역에서 오른쪽으로 가면 도로 보수 공사 중이고 횡단보도가 없어서 나중에 호텔로 걸어갈 수 없습니다). 맛있는 아침 식사(스크램블 에그 제외)는 누구나 배불리 먹을 수 있습니다. 영어와 독일어를 구사하는 매우 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원들이 호텔 라운지에 짐을 맡기고 도시를 둘러볼 수 있습니다. 베로나는 정말 아름답습니다! 호텔은 다소 오래되었습니다. 저희는 4층 447호(21제곱미터)에 머물렀는데, 조식 포함 2박에 980폴란드 즈워티(PLN) 정도였고, 2인 기준 도시세 18유로가 추가되었습니다(욕실은 리모델링이 필요하고 욕조와 실리콘을 교체해야 합니다). 매우 편안한 킹사이즈 침대와 깨끗한 호텔 침구가 있습니다. 이 정보가 호텔 선택에 도움이 되기를 바랍니다. 감사합니다, 아렉과 조안나.
