PPaul-YULPerfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions:
1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

DDoc TanyaОтель расположен в красивом месте,рядом с причалом для лодок,удобно ездить по островам,рядом пешеходная дорожка вдоль озера,можно за 20 мин дойти до центра Стрезы,где много ресторанов. В отеле чисто,он конечно немного староват. Но вид на озеро -это очень красиво. Завтрак обычный с горячими блюдами,вкусный кофе. В целом все понравилось

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

리리뷰어호텔은 도시 북쪽 입구, 녹지 공간과 공업 지역 사이에 위치해 있습니다. 조용하고 트램 정류장(200~300m)이 가까워 시내 중심가까지 15~20분 정도 소요됩니다. 객실은 넓고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 조식 뷔페는 꽤 푸짐했습니다(15유로라는 가격을 생각하면 당연하죠). 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

SSalvaT.My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived.
This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place.
Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city.
What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.

Bbestbomi그냥 좋지는 않습니다. 휴가에 너무 좋습니다. 방은 완벽합니다. 저택의 전체 구석은 매우 깨끗합니다. 프론트가 이상한 악센트가 있지만 매우 안심할 수있는 리조트 호텔입니다. 작은 성에서 결혼식이 있었습니다. 아주 조용하고 좋은 하루를 보냈습니다. 모든 것이 매우 훌륭하고 아침 식사는 많지 않지만 맛있습니다. 저녁 식사는 70유로의 세트 메뉴를 추천합니다. 위치 외에도 멋진 풍경이 없습니다. 호텔은 매우 좋습니다.

리리뷰어Arrived late and the concierge was very helpful. I had a single room. You can hear everything from other rooms. There was no tea coffee or water. Couldn't find air con. Pillow was uncomfortable. Breakfast very good continental. Place is spotless and all staff were lovely. It overlooks the lake and about a 20 min reasonably flat walk to the station

리리뷰어My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.
