조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 몬테네그로 부드바 지방자치체 호텔

I am so very very conflicted about this review. First of all, that definitely is my fault that I chose this location. I did not have a car and did not think that a walk to the beach is so uncomfortable, an hour at least and 30 min at least by highway decending from the mountain. Elevation is significant. Had to take a car many times, thank god guest house had one. 10 euro each travel, to the beach and back. The nearest small shop is still 30 minutes from the guest house. The real plus of this place is the view from balcony and from the pool, although the pool is tiny and is used by several other guests, including children. But they are all tiny here, it seems. Now, for other unpleasant things. Initially, it seems like room is comfortable, big, new furniture, everything, kitchen, bed is very well. But it all turned out to be not so comfortable at all. The TV did not work at all. Manager got down to fixing it only the next day and still I could not watch cable only Youtube and Netflix (my accounts). So, TV is busted. Bathroom is strange, faucets are very unusual, very hard to turn and so it is very hard to mix water properly. Moreover, you cannot stand in the bath to have a shower, because the hose is too short, you can only lie in it, that is weird and uncomfortable. Kitchen does not have electronic tea pot, but does have coffee machine for some reason. It is said that you can drink the water from kithcen sink, but even after I boiled it, it had weird residue in the glass. As for the cleaning, it was bad! Because I got sick, during those days I asked not to disturb me, but after I got better it is like they decided not to clean the room at all. It is only by request it seems and even if you request via whatsapp to manager, they foget to vacuum, refill minibar, replace coffee shots, shower gel, soap or even put the toilet paper!!! I was so tired to request them to re do/deliver what they did not, that by the end of the stay I completely gave up! No bathrobe or disposable slippers at all as well. Also, it was initially said to me by the administrator that I can order breakfast, use minibar, pay for transfer etc. at the checkout, which is standard. But then I was asked not 3, but 4 times to do it at the moment. And always problems with the change. Did they think that I was going to run away with the money?? That is not an adequate attitude, in my opinion. Breakfast is very/very mid, not worth it. Costs 15 euros. I got sick and also ordered homemade beef broth to the room - that is the single least delicious soup I have ever tasted. So the food is bad. Overall, 5 for the view, 2 for everything else, the mean is 3 at best. Perhaps for Montenegro that service and comfortability is fine/5*, I am Russian and this is overall 2/3 at best. Never going back!

Очень хороший отель. Прекрасные разнообразные завтраки. Возле отеля магазин и автобусная остановка до будвы за 3,50 евро (30 минут). На багги - 1 минута до пляжа. Пешком 5 минут. Пляж с правильным фэн шуем в конце лагуны тихий, спокойный , расслабляющая музычка. Очень классный персонал на пляже. С середины пляжа стоят лодки, здесь их нет. В бассейне на улице вода холодная. Но есть крытый бассейн с открытыми окнами - в нем вода тёплая. Плюс есть баня/сауна/хаммам с 16.00. Прошли весь пляж по ощущениям это один из лучших отелей побережья.

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working. 

The hotel itself is great, the location is amazing on the beach and next to the old town. However the staff were rude, I told them to remove the alcoholic drinks from the mini bar because I have a toddler and I don’t want him missing around with these stuff and the rudely refused and said that if he breaks or open something he will pay for it!!!

우리는 5 월 동안 Ruzmarin Spa Hotel에서 환상적인 3-night 숙박을했습니다. 호텔은 불과 몇 년 거리에 있으며 Budva 바로 바깥의 언덕에있는 아름다운 환경에 있습니다. 당신이 어디를 보더라도 절대적으로 장엄한 산과 계곡 전망, 정말 예쁜 곳. 우리는 꽤 넓고 매우 편안하다고 느꼈던 발코니가 있는 더블룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 침대는 편안하고 환상적인 샤워 시설이었으며 발코니에서의 전망은 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 구내 레스토랑에서 여러 번, 저녁 식사 두 번, 아침 식사 세 번 식사를 했습니다. 음식 선택은 작은 레스토랑에 훌륭하고 품질은 좋았으며 서비스는 가족이 운영하는 레스토랑의 작고 친밀한 느낌으로 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 사랑스럽고 믿을 수 없을 정도로 도움이되고 친절했으며 대부분 훌륭한 영어 사용자로 우리를 많이 도왔습니다. 체크인 (우리는 꽤 일찍 도착했습니다)과 체크 아웃을 처리하고 교통편을 마련하고 훌륭한 추천을 제공했으며 그녀의 세월을 넘어 친절하고 친절하며 성숙한 방식으로 멋진 환대를 제공한 Naa(sp?)에 대한 특별한 언급. 위치는 Budva에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 우리는 차가 없었기 때문에 택시 (약 8-10 EUR)에서 약 10 분 또는 구시 가지로 걸어 갈 40-45 분이었습니다. 산책은 내리막길이며 두 경로 모두 보도가 없는 넓은 구간이 있으므로 자동차와 도로를 조금 공유합니다. 해안 경로는 여행의 많은 부분에 좋은 경로가 있지만 도로는 가깝고 바쁘고 시끄럽습니다. 우리는 수영장을 사용하지 않았지만 열려 있고 잘 관리되어 보였습니다. 인기있는 많은 의자와 일광욕 라운지. 내 파트너가 사용하고 즐겼던 스파와 사우나도 있습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 평화와 고요함을 정말 즐겼고 아름다운 부티크 호텔의 느낌과 환영하는 환경을 좋아했습니다. 우리는 확실히 추천할 것입니다.

A very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended. Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby. The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes. The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We left with a very warm and positive impression of our

5 star rating for the hotel staff and their service. Front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast has good options with open dining in front of beach. Room is clean, spacious, contemporary, comfy beds and regularly serviced. Bathroom has nice shape and enough space to move around. The rainshower and bathroom ammenities were superb. Room has balcony and has really nice view of beach front. Infinity pool in 1st floor was beautiful, only downside was it wasn’t thermo regulated so it was cold, nevertheless nice ambiance to chill. Overall our stay was exceptional.

호텔은 시설이 풍부하고 전용 해변을 갖춘 꽤 좋습니다. 안타깝게도 겨울에는 많은 활동이 열리지 않으며 스파는 객실 요금에 거의 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았으나 식당 직원의 태도가 매우 불량하고 식사를 마치기도 전에 사람들을 쫓아냈습니다. 차량 예약을 도와드릴 수 있습니다.

Рекомендую этот отель! 1) классное расположение: недалеко от побережья и старого города, в 8 минутах от автовокзала, в 2 минутах от большого магазина 2) владельцы муж и жена ооооочень гостеприимные, говорят по-русски 3) потрясающе вкусные завтраки!! еда приготовлена с любовью 4) забота о гостях: рядом с отелем идет стройка, нас специально заселили в номер, где этой стройки не видно и не слышно 5) чистота Как итог, если буду в Будве еще раз, я выберу именно этот отель.

Hotel Monte***** 標示足4星大型酒店 衛生程度及設施已算達標 況且酒店空間範圍相當大 入住房間需然細小 但全新裝修 相信大部份旅客樂意接受 惟鐘情早餐水平之旅客 一定會令您們失望 我入住七晚 捱足五天失落的早餐 其餘二天跑出街外吃 祗因外遊接近卅載 從未飲过如此劣質咖啡 相信喜愛喝㗎啡人士 㗎啡乃早晨恩物 其他食物不堪一提 品種選擇小兼且均屬水準之下 偏愛好早上早餐者 來蒙特内哥羅前揀選酒店的旅客 奉勸三思 否則後悔莫及。
