부티크 호텔 아지무트(Hotel Azimut)

Nous sommes arrivés vers 8 h du soir. Il n’y avait qu’une chambre de prête. Le lit king dise en fait est un lit normal de 160 sur 200. L’espace est étriqué, à peine on arrive à passer entre le lit et la table. L’air conditionné souffle de l’air très froid, mais ne chauffe pas. Le thermostat apparemment est déréglé. Le concierge est venu , nous a dit d’attendre un peut, mais ca n’a rien changé et on a été obligé de l’arrêter pour ne pas finir frigorifiés. À côté du lit il n’y avait pas d’ampoule, on a encore appelé pour en avoir une. Ensuite on a eu du mal à éteindre la lumière du plafonnier. Tout s’éteignait en même tant! Pas de chaussons, ni sortie de bain, les portes du placard, peu profond, glissent mal. Malgré la jolie salle d’eau, malheureusement sans bidet , l’ensemble est bien décevant pour le prix. La place de stationnement , même pas dans un parking est de 10 ou 20 euros. Le petit déjeuner élémentaire. Il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre, mais pas de café, ni petites cuillères, juste quelques sachets de thé. A éviter malgré l’emplacement pas mal.

This property exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, clean and offered a great view. The staff was very polite, attentive and offered great customer service. We would definitely go back!

Excellent value for money - beautiful large clean room with stunning balcony views of Sveti Stefan beach and island. Brilliant breakfast (so much lovely food and variety) and very helpful staff. Made the trip - it really is a beautiful place to stay - just a 5 min walk to beach. Cannot fault it

The hotel spa facilities were very good. The breakfast marvellous. The room was spacious and comfortable.

This hotel was hard to find for the taxi driver as it doesn’t proclaim itself. Once found we then had to climb some steep steps into a small reception area. Thankfully the cab driver took my case. We were greeted by Vesna who was delightful. She and allege staff speak excellent English. But there was no chef, no evening meal, no bar area and the pool indoor) was closed for some of our stay. My room was spotless but reached by another set of stairs without a stair rail which isn’t easy for me as I walk with a stick! The bathroom was beautifully appointed, well-equipped with toiletries, towels, hair dryer etc.Otherwise the room was thankfully air conditioned with a small balcony overlooking the sea. I couldn’t make the TV work but that didn’t matter. Breakfast was great-cold meats, cheese, croissants, fruit etc. the rooms had kettles and tea but I don’t drink tea so a coffee arrived every morning and again with breakfast. Just the bread wasn’t the best. We persuaded Vesna to let us buy and open a bottle of wine and they kept it In the fridge for us so we could have a glass before we went out for supper. It was delicious. This lovely little hotel was almost completely empty. The village has few shops and only two accessible restaurants, one belongs to the Hotel California (really!) and the other is on the beach. The beach is stony. There are serious slopes to navigate! It was also very hot-34 degrees! With all the disadvantages I loved it! We met Serbs, Hungarians and Montenegrins. They were all friendly and interesting.

We were only guests in a winter weekend. We enjoyed very much. Perfect place. Smiling and respectful staff. Good breakfast. Daliborka, Managing Direktor, was very friendly and kind. She was the one particularly who made us love the hotel.

Unacceptable service. Unpon check-in, we were told to wait for 5 minutes then 20 minutes then 40 minutes later we were told our room was ready (we had arrived at 4:30pm - check in was at 2pm). This turned out to be the standard room. We informed the receptionist we had booked and paid for the deluxe suite. This receptionist worked for a different hotel (2 hotels share the same reception). He was much more helpeful and said he was being told this suite would be ready in 5 minutes we all knew it would be longer than this so we were allowed to use the shower in the standard room while we waited. 2 hours after we arrived outlr room was ready. We were rudely l hurried out of the standard room and told not to use anything (too late). During this whole mess we were told nothing about the hotel, pool WiFi etc, not offered a drink while we waited in the hot lobby and not helped with our luggage. During breakfast the next day, we were informed that the hotel did not have record of our booking and the lady wanted to know when she would be paid. I informed her I had already paid and my booking had been confirmed. I also informed her that the hotel shouldn't be on ********** if they cannot communicate. I then spend 30minutes if my breakfast askeing ********** to contact the hotel to confirm. Not once we're we offered an apology or for of compensation. Beside this the hotel, view, location and room we're all very nice. Just a shame about the service. Would not recommend.
