3 minutes walk to Elhdim plaza, situated in quiet area. The Riad is located in the heart of the medina,classic old Moroccan buildings with the terrace with fantastic views of rooftops and minarets. Nice Moroccan breakfast . The service is great , Queen bed with nice soft pillows Shower working fine, Competitive price.

위치는 어디와도 가깝지도 멀지도 않습니다. 기차역까지 걸어가려면 최소 800m가 걸리고, 뜨거운 태양 아래서는 꽤 힘듭니다. 다행히도 호텔 시설은 3성급 호텔의 표준 수준이어서 숙박은 매우 편안했고 밤에는 매우 조용했습니다.

This riad was excellent in every way. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

Meknes와서 처음 숙박한 호텔이고 시내 중심가에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 무료 주차라서 호텔 바로 앞에 주차할수있어서 좋았고 다만 라마단 기간이라서 그런지 룸서비스가 안되어서 저녁은 밖에 나가서 해결해야 했습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없는게 좀 불편했습니다.

호텔은 환상적인 입지를 자랑합니다. 공용 공간은 모로코와 페즈 테마로 꾸며져 있어 여행지 바로 앞에 있습니다. 객실 편의시설은 다소 오래되었습니다. 호텔에서 이틀 동안 술을 마셨는데, 직원들이 해피아워를 이해하는 방식이 일반 사람들과는 상당히 달랐습니다. 호텔 내 여러 부서와의 일상적인 소통 및 협력도 좋았고, 이는 직원들에게 좋은 연습이 되었습니다.

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

리리뷰어My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

리리뷰어Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

BBPierreThe experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.
