조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 우스터셔 호텔

We like a lot the service and the cleanliness in the hotel and in our room, just a bit cold room, the radiator wasn't working, for the kind of the receptionist and the friendly conversation with, we are satisfied.

Really warm welcome from whom i believe was the manager and very apologetic as we arrived late so noone was at the desk (understandable). The hotel was lovely, the rooms were really nice. The manager had abit banter with out son which was really great to see. ”My son complained to him about our TV control not working” ( we wernt really bothered avout the TV) but the manager got it sorted straight away and a lovely woman came and changed the batteries and it started working. The swimming pool was lovely and warm whoch we thoroughly enjoyed. Would deffo stay again.

Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

우리는 여기에 여러 번 머물렀고 아침 식사 공간의 테이블과 의자의 열악한 상태에 대해 관리자에게 다시 보냈습니다. 내 피드백(사진 포함)은 인정되지 않았지만 크리스마스 직전에 마지막 방문에서 심하게 얼룩지고 부서진 테이블이 교체되거나 개조되었으며 심하게 얼룩지고 더러운 좌석이 청소 및/또는 교체되었음을 알았습니다. 지금은 그 위에 앉는 것이 편안해집니다. 그래서 제 의견이 이러한 매우 필요한 변화에 기여했을 수 있어서 기쁩니다. 그러나 우리 방의 창틀은 검은 곰팡이로 덮여 있고 수리 또는 교체가 절실히 필요한 끔찍한 상태였습니다. 어디에도 건강한 존재가 없습니다. 따라서 이 리뷰가 올바른 사람/사람들이 보고 행동하기를 바랍니다.

Great location and value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. They gave us the apartment for no charge as it was unused as zi am disabled. Only downside was needed more milk for my tea in room but husband said well it is a pub. The rolling river was a great view out the window and field out the back with camper vans and picking tables. Felt very comfortable with the place

패밀리 룸은 작은 손님을 위해 방대하고 큰 싱글 침대였으며 킹 사이즈 침대는 거대했습니다. 직원들은 매우 환영하고 도움이되었습니다.  아침 식사는 매우 다양하고 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.  저녁 메뉴는 약간 제한적이고 매우 비쌉니다. 우리는 두 번째 밤에 8 분 거리에있는 지역 술집으로 걸어 가서 훨씬 더 좋고 저렴한 식사를했습니다. 수영장은 안전한 1.3 미터이며 아이들은 참석 할 수있는 시간이 있습니다. 또한 사랑스러운 따뜻한 온도는 매우 어린 어린이 / 아기에게 좋을 것입니다. 조금 피곤한 흔적을 보여주는 호텔. 식당에서 가죽 시트 덮개가 벗겨지고 카펫이 고 더러워지고 방의 모서리와 샤워 스크린이 더러워졌습니다.

스파는 예상보다 일찍 문을 닫았고 방문했던 다른 스파와 마찬가지로 신발이 제공되지 않았습니다. 시스템과 아침 식사 예약에 작은 문제가 있었지만 직원들은 매우 도움이되었고 즉시 분류되었습니다.

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :) 

South Crest에 머무르는 것처럼 출장, 사랑스러운 직원 및 환영하고 깨끗하고 좋은 음식에 머무는 동안 항상 2 박을 숙박합니다.

좋은 따뜻한 환영, 많은 주차. 방은 큰 침대와 좋은 크기의 평면 스크린 TV가있는 좋은 크기였습니다. 모든 것이 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 욕실은 조금 더 넓었을 수 있었고 샤워는 매우 낮은 수압을 가지고 있었고 충분히 뜨거웠습니다. 레스토랑의 저녁 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 아침에 아침 식사는 모두 선택 할 수있는 충분한 것을 스스로 돕기 위해 잘 배치되었습니다. 다시 여기에 머무르는 데 아무런 문제가 없을 것입니다.
