While some guests have noted that certain rooms can be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and ambiance receive high marks. Lovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

Location is great. Our room was small and in need of a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. It was tired and dated. The breakfast is basic but well replenished. The staff are friendly. Would not stay again unless in a premium room.

가장자리가 거칠지만 다양한 시설과 친절한 직원을 갖추고 있으며 공항 바로 옆에 있는 오래된 호텔입니다. 비수기 날짜여서 무료 주차권을 주셨는데 정말 좋았습니다. TV/책상 주변의 먼지와 음식 잔여물로 인해 청결도가 좋지 않았지만 침대는 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다.

Bathroom water was temperamental but was fine for resting our heads for the price woyld stay again

from reception to restaurant staff were excellent, very polite and very helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent 3x course set meal. for location right next to train station, and a stroll to Centre of Chester, well worth a visit .

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

메인 Oddfellows 호텔에서 체크인하는 것은 순조로웠지만 아파트의 정확한 주소를 미리 알 수 있었을 것이므로 더 쉽게 주차할 수 있었습니다. 아파트에 주차 공간이 하나 있지만 빡빡한 입구입니다! 아파트 5는 위층에 있었고 매우 넓습니다. 라운지/주방/식사는 잘 꾸며져 있었고 제공되는 차와 커피는 매우 환영받았습니다. 침실과 욕실은 크고 편안하며 깨끗했습니다(그러나 수건이나 코트를 위한 몇 개의 후크로 할 수 있음). 세탁실도 있습니다. Decof는 기발하고 위치는 훌륭합니다. 주요 거리에서 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 머물기 좋은 곳.

Not the best stay here. The tv was not tuned in. Last visit no tv remote control. The shower temperature control was not working properly. But still the location is good and the spa is good

돈을 위해 가치. 편안한 침대. 단기 체류에 대한 불만이 없습니다. 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다.
