Very convenient location, right on the Giza plateau. Beautiful views of the pyramids. Staff are very accommodating and really try hard to please with the limited resources that they have. Right on the main road, so quite a lot of traffic noise for the rooms facing the street.

Newly renovated hotel that's owned by a very friendly local who speaks excellent mandarin! Breakfast is served every morning directly to your room; though I wish the menu would rotate as I had the exact same thing for 3 days ;) Location wise, it's just a 20 minute walk to the Marriott Mena Giza necropolis entrance and a 30 minute walk to the new Grand Egyptian Museum.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

아침 식사는 매우 좋았고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 하지만 방은 낡았고 소파도 낡았습니다. 중국의 4성급 호텔 같은 느낌이에요. 불행하게도 제가 떠난 후 잊혀진 호텔에서 잠을 잤다는 사실을 발견하고 전화해서 아무것도 찾지 못했다고 말했습니다. 마치 이집트의 같은 성급 호텔에 묵는 것 같은 느낌인데, 가져가는 것을 잊었다면 그냥 버리고 다시 찾을 생각은 하지 마세요. 정말 안타깝습니다. 😋

호텔 위치는 기자 피리미드에서 도보 거리에 있어 피라미드 전망이며 걸어서 피라미드 투어를 할 수 있습니다. 가든도 이쁘게 꾸며져 있고 수영장도 넓고 썬배드도 충분해서 휴식을 취하기에 좋습니다 뿐만 아니라 레스토랑 서비스도 좋고 음식도 다양해서 만족합니다

Good location and good service Really everything in the hotel good

If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

Great stuff I like the landscaping around the hotel . Breakfast was special
