바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 프랑스 그랑테스트 호텔

우리는 근처 크리스마스 시장을 여행했고 호텔 접수원이 많은 언어를 알고 매우 도움이되었다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 그들은 우리에게 지역에서 약간의 진저브레드 바구니와 mulled 와인 환영 음료를 주었습니다. 우리의 체류를 집처럼 느끼게 해 주셔서 감사합니다!

Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

예약할 때 만 5세는 무료인 것을 보았는데, 가게 프론트에 도착했을 때 여전히 의견이 있었습니다. 연락 후 순조롭게 체크인을 했습니다. 3인 가족이 살기에는 부족할 것 같아 엑스트라 베드도 무료로 추가했습니다. 방은 크기가 크고 복도 환경은 보통이고 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 주차장은 호텔 바로 맞은편에 있으며 무료 주차장이 있습니다. 호텔 옆에 스테이크 전문점과 피자집이 있어 맛이 좋습니다. Troyes의 교회는 방문할 가치가 있습니다.

Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine. Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge.

객실 바 근처 카펫은 대부분 젖어 있었는데, 아마도 이전 투숙객이 물을 쏟았을 겁니다. 그 외에는 모두 매우 만족스럽고, 리셉셔니스트는 매우 전문적입니다. 주변 명소로 가는 데 편리합니다. 저는 안뜰 전망 객실을 이용했는데, 정말 조용하고 정말 좋아요!

위치는 도시에 없지만 운전을하는 관광객에게는 여전히 좋은 선택입니다. 브랜드 호텔은 표준을 가지고 있으며 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 편안하며 모든 것이 완벽합니다. 아래층에 충분한 주차 공간이 있으며, 문에는 중국 음식이 매우 맛있고 슈퍼마켓과 같은 시설도 편리합니다.

호텔은 기차역 바로 맞은 편에 있습니다. 체크인 후 즉시 콜마 관광지도와 경로가 표시된 원형 지도를 받았습니다. 저희가 도착한 날 중심으로 가세요. 거리가 멀다면 동그라미가 있는 지도를 따라가시면 됩니다. 다음날 아침 호텔 주변에 버스가 많고 인근 마을까지 탈 수도 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 콜마르는 가장 아름다운 10대 도시 중 하나가 될 자격이 있습니다!

실망스러운 숙박. 나는 강 전망이 보이는 이그제큐티브 룸을 예약했지만 대신 내 앞에 거대한 건물이 있고 반대편을 향한 방만 얻었습니다. 호텔 측에서는 아직 정보를 받지 못했고 호텔 예약이 꽉 찼다고 밝혔습니다. 큰 문제는 아니었지만 전망을 위해 추가 비용을 지불하고 무료 음료수와 편의 시설이 제공되는 스탠다드룸을 이용하게 되었습니다. 나는 속았다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 2박 숙박 중 1.5일 동안 Wi-Fi가 제공되지 않았습니다. 허용되지 않음 장점: 리셉션과 하우스키핑 모두 직원들이 친절했습니다. 방이 넓고 깨끗했어요 이전에 다른 노보텔 호텔에서 더 나은 경험을 했지만 이 호텔에는 다시 방문하지 않을 것입니다.

크리스마스 마켓 관광에 있어서 가족이 이용했습니다. 아침 식사도 충실하고, 또한 직원도 친절하고 액션도 빨리 만족하고 있습니다.
