바 (Bar) 시설을 갖춘 프랑스 페이드라루아르 호텔

혼자 간단하게 자려고 예약했는데 일단 위치가 진짜 너무좋고 방도 괜찮고 물도 잘나와요 ~~ 호텔방들어갔을때 좀 냄새가 나긴했는데 문열어두면 참을만해요 ~ 추천

Nous sommes arrivés à 21h00 suite à un accident de la route Nous étions fatigués et abattus, nous avons malgré l’heure tardive été extrêmement bien reçu et le cuisinier nous a préparé d’excellentes pizzas 🍕, il a été très attentionné Merci à l’équipe

Overall the property was fine, staff friendly and the location was good. One inexcusable thing was there was no hot water on my first morning there. This meant I was forced to take a freezing cold shower and as a result I also missed my breakfast- or I would have been late for a meeting. Not a good first impression and not something I would be prepared to risk in future. For this reason I won’t risk staying at the Odalys again.

Receptionist was extremely rude, refused to allow a 25min earlier check in and forced me another guest to wait inside in 30 degree heat and humidity. I was told I “may not wait in the bank when it is closed so why would I believe I could wait in a hotel when it is closed”. This occurred during an event attended by 325 000 people - one would assume flexibility by staff as guests arrive from all around the world. Amenities were basic: no hairdryer, no USB ports to charge devices, no mirror in the room suitable for hair and makeup other than in the bathroom, towels were threadbare and randomly given 1 or 2, sheets are not changed daily under the guise and convenient excuse of being “environmentally conscious”. Breakfast is all processed food and beverages with no healthy options of whole foods. An altogether unpleasant stay. The receptionist set the tone for an unwelcome environment.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

깨끗하고 현대적인 객실. 화장실, 샤워실이 잘 정리되어 있습니다. 매력적이고 효율적인 리셉션. 저렴한 가격에 레스토랑(조식). 내가 필요한 모든 품질. 나는 거기로 돌아갈 것이다.

At first we were hesitant as it was far from town, we had no car and had to rely on cabs. You can see that a lot of work has gone into updating the rooms and communal area. They didn’t speak a lot of English so information sharing was hard . Until we met a guy called Juliane , he was very helpful and used an app to translate our conversations. He was helpful and friendly , he was a credit to the company and we thank you for you help.

À mon arrivée dans la chambre j'ai constatée que le sol était plein miettes et des cheveux d'avant mon arrivée, et avec la lumière on peut voir des traces de liquide sécher marron et jaune sur la tablette entre les deux lits et sur la tête de lit ainsi que les marques des verres qui ont été poser avant, en forme de cercle et collant, l'évier aussi est dégueulasse, ma chambre n'a pas été préparée connaissez vous la désinfection. Le lit était fait mais le matelas du lit d'en haut était par terre donc je l'ai remis à sa place. Accueil correcte. (le lendemain matin j'ai fait tomber ma tartine de beurre de cacahuète dans le lit, excusez moi)

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel aimable. Grande salle de bain. Petit déjeuner en buffet. Cependant le configuration des tables ne permet pas une intimité. Malheureusement, l'hotel ne fait plus restaurant, je ne sais pas si c'est définitif ou lié à la période.

First impression not great , in the middle of a industrial estate , Young guy in reception was lovely a credit to the hotel so helpful and friendly . Carpets sticky and there is a funky smell in the corridors . The apartment itself was clean and would have been great however we didn’t stay as the location was so much further away from the centre than we though . Our fault for not doing our research . I feel people may stay here long term , wasn’t what we wanted or expected

Very handy to the Stade de Beaujoire. (!!RWC 2023!!) Walking distance. Free parking too and friendly reception. Absolutely no qualms about recommending. Really good access to the motorway north. Great wee spot.

Very conveniently located next to the Chateau and Tram line. Nice size room. Bathroom has shower and tub. Generally quiet but during the protests I did hear the amplified noise a block away. The breakfast is really lovely. Fantastic fresh croissants for breakfast, and fresh squeezed orange juice. This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. I came to Nantes for a conference, and took the convenient tram to the exposition center. Sightseeing, restaurants and transportation nearby to this hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable as it is right next to the airport. The room is quite spacious although a little old. The shower leaked and dripped continuously every second all night. The water or sink drains smelled. Having to leave early and since breakfast wasn't open, I wanted to use the water kettle but it was dirty and full of limescale so much so that when I filled it it became yellow and cloudy. Furthermore, the desk is too small and narrow, already occupied by other things and there is little space left to work. even with just a notebook. Overall for sleeping one night to leave early the next day it's fine

This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

I stayed to catch an early train in the morning. Perfect location across from the train station. I stayed in the single room and it was very clean but not much of a view but sun did come in. Black out curtains as well. Looks like a recent renovation.There was an elevator for my large suitcase. Staff was friendly. Resto/ food options nearby. Internet worked fine while I worked on a small desk. Lots of plugs. I would stay again.

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J'y est séjourné courant mars. J'ai oublié une paire de chaussures dans la salle de bain. je m'en suis rendue compte une fois rentrée chez moi le soir. J'ai appelé la réception dès le lendemain pour signaler mon oubli mais on m'a répondu que la femme de chambre n'avait rien trouvé.... J'ai rappelé quelques jours plus tard, et on m'a fait comprendre qu'on ne pouvait pas réclamer auprès des femmes de ménages... Le responsable m'avait demandé d'envoyer une facture pour me rembourser mes chaussures, chose que j'ai faite. J'attends encore le remboursement.... Autre mauvaise expérience dans le même hôtel : 1er matin, 7h45, j'arrive pour prendre le petit déjeuner : plus de pain, plus de viennoiserie, plus de brioche... il a fallu attendre plus de 30 minutes pour voir arriver du pain et des croissants congelés réchauffés au four. A 17 € le petit déjeuner, c'est du vol !!! bref, hôtel à fuir, ce sont des voleurs !!!

They don't inform you about deposit needed in advance. Overall it is EUR 250. If you pay per your stay EUR 58, it is much higher than your spending there and it can negatively affect your budget. They promised to return it right after check-out. Didn't happen. One week and pending. Also they card terminal is having issues with PSD2 regulation and that's why it declined to accept my credit card. Regarding to the room - we found a weird smell there like old clothes and later fungi odour in the bathroom.

The staff were great, every time I needed, they were there with help and the answers. The choice at breakfast was very limited on some days, and limited on other days. I was very disappointed at the appearance of cleanliness, especially with the carpeting throughout the hotel and even more especially in my room. Also the red throw over my bed was extremely worrying. There were dried stains all over the throw from what appeared to be some form of cream or something. A little disappointed that the internet kept disconnecting at unexpected times. My first time in a Kyriad and most likely my last time in a Kyriad.

Un peu à l'écart et pas évident d'accès, c'est néanmoins une bonne table. Toute l'équipe est très accueillante et gentille. Avec mention spéciale pour Michael, jeune indonésien arrivé récemment en France avec un français parfait. Une carte qui offre de bons plats faits maison qui doivent varier avec les saisons, à un prix tout à fait raisonnable et dans un environnement calme et serein Sans y dormir, on peut donc d'arrêter pour y manger tranquillement.

Chosen mainly because it offered secure car parking together with location and a reasonable price. It’s not at the heart of the city but close enough and everything within walking distance. When arriving by car, pop into the hotel to get the car park remote and detailed instructions on how to access. Despite it seeming complicated the lift from the car park comes up in reception. We had booked a studio apartment but got a one bed. Comfortable bed, shower worked well. Spacious sitting room. This is not a luxurious place but it was clean, everything worked and the staff were great - especially the Mexican lady working mornings. It represents a solid choice.

씨트립은 싱글 조식으로 더블 조식을 주문했습니다. 호텔 후, 프론트 데스크는 우리가 정말로 아침 식사를 한 번만 먹었다는 것을 반복해서 확인했습니다. 즉시 씨트립 고객센터에 연락했습니다. 많은 노력이 필요했지만 마침내 얻었습니다. 우리 스스로 비용을 지불했습니다. 조식 1회, 씨트립 환불, 조식 OK. 호텔 위치가 좋고 주요 도로에 있으며 주변에 많은 쇼핑몰과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 제가 살던 OKKO 호텔에 비해 장비가 낡았고, 하수도가 매끄럽지 않고, 무료 커피바가 일반적으로 이용 가능합니다.

Isolation très très limitée. Ménage pas fait dans la salle de bain ( cheveux dans la douche, poubelle pas vidée) Par contre parking fermé et petit déjeuner avec du choix, code pour rentrer dans la chambre bien pensé.

호텔은 도시의 중심부에 이상적으로 위치하고있어 도보와 주차 공간을 갖춘 모든 것을 방문 할 수 있지만 쓰레기는 전혀 아닙니다 (훌륭하고 매우 어려운 matlas), 이비스 호텔에서 찾을 수있는 쓰레기와 동일합니다 **. 의자는 똑바로 있고 너무 작습니다 (이것은 침대 안을 거의 덮지 않습니다), 작고 비 볼륨이 많은 사촌, 미세한 코트 및 모든 작은. 이 점은 실제로 변경되어야합니다. 현재 4-star 호텔의 가치가 없습니다. 객실은 상당히 작습니다.

Awful experience at this hotel. Check in is stated at 2pm so arrived around 3pm with my family (3 year old and a 4 month old.) I was told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. Waited an hour in the lobby (4pm) to be told again our room was not ready and hadn’t been cleaned. Again waited in the lobby and At 5.30pm and close to tears after watching numerous people check in and with a very bored 3 year old and a very tired baby I was again told my room was not ready, bearing in mind this was 3 and a half hours after the 2pm check in time stated online. Also during all of this I was told there were no baby changing facilities available at all in the lobby. No empathy from staff shown for my situation. After stating I would have to cancel and find alternative accommodation a room became available?! We eventually got a room closer to 6pm 4 hours after stated check in time when booking. No travel cot in room as requested bought brought to the room eventually. I am totally in shock with the treatment we have received. Would not recommend if travelling with children or if you want to spend your time sitting in a reception area instead of the room you have paid for!!! Some positives: nice breakfast, room was a good size, snack shop downstairs was handy, bar staff were lovely.
