조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 브라질 리우데자네이루주 호텔

한밤중에 물이 빠지는 문제가 있었는데, 다행히 저는 이미 샤워를 했습니다. 하지만 우리는 화장실 물을 내리는 것을 멈춰야 했습니다. 수영장은 훌륭하고, 수영장이 있는 테라스도 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다. 방은 편안하고 침대도 편안했지만, 욕실이 조금 작고 좁은 느낌이 들었습니다. 체크인 시 서비스가 다소 무질서하다고 느꼈고, 직원은 스트레스를 받은 것 같았지만, 체크아웃 시 직원은 친절하고 예의 바르게 지냈습니다.

호텔은 괜찮고 레스토랑의 음식은 훌륭하며 수영장은 매우 아름답지만 ”호수 전망” 그것은 큰 추진력입니다. 그 외에는 2인용 킹베드를 예약했는데 더블베드 2개가 있는 방을 배정받았습니다. 하지만 더블베드임에도 불구하고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 방도 꽤 괜찮았어요.

Overall a nice trip, and a pretty fancy hotel for the price. I would consider it more like a 4**** hotel than a 5 star, personally. highlights: - beautiful lobby and view from our room of the mountains, beach, etc. - kind people at the desk and otherwise. very safe inside even though neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times. - great bed, windows, bathtub, etc.. - affordable as an american for level of service. - spa and rooftop restaurant are amazing. gym is great too! dealbreakers: (may stop me from booking next time) - wifi was basically broken the entire time in our room, and in the hotel at times. less than 10mbits, and no signal in most of our room. front desk said several times they'd fix but I don't think they have the ability to actually fix it. many other people had this issue as well. at a 5* hotel, this should not be happening. major issue, had to do meetings in the lobby to get it to function at all. - breakfast is *good* but definitely caters towards a local brazilian diet (very few options for vegans). as a vegetarian, I'll just say I ate a lot of eggs and cheese. but hey, that's brazil so not digging on the hotel too much on that. - elevator is incredibly busy, and there were times where it literally said ”not available” and we had to wait 5 minutes to actually use it. - there are *TONS* of families with kids in and around the pool when we went. so environment was quite loud and crazy most of the time. they do timeshares so I think mostly big families frequent the hotel. - we booked and paid extra for the *Junior Suite* (with a large living room as well as bath). the front desk gave us the *room with bath* which ended up being nice.. but is half the size, and refused to put us in the junior suite room, even after showing the reservation. this may be a Trip.com issue instead of the hotel.. but they didn't offer any compensation or flexibility for us. trip did refund us the difference in price though. overall, its a great deal for the price, and the architecture is amazing, the room is nice, good water pressure. horrible wifi and very few vegetarian options made it difficult to recommend again, but we liked our stay nonetheless.

멋진 호텔, 공식은 처음부터 우리를 만나는 것이 매우 나빴습니다. 예약에 문제가 있었기 때문에 2 명 대신 1 명만 임대 한 다음 멋진 호텔, 수영장, 전망, 방의 냄새를 모두 제공했습니다. 아주 좋은, 청소도 훌륭했고 우리가 돌아왔을 때 우리 방은 매우 깨끗했고 헤어드라이어가 있었습니다.

Eu e meu Esposo já somos clientes neste hotel em cabo frio, há muitos anos porque sempre éramos bem atendidos. A localização dele é boa , os quartos são muitos bem limpos e cheirosos e o café da manhã também é bem servido no restaurante. Mas desta vez deixou a desejar no atendimento na recepção , fomos muito maltratados o recepcionista muito grosseiro, sei educação para tratar as pessoas que são hóspedes do hotel . Ele ainda falou pra mim e meu Esposo tanto faz vocês cancelar ou não as diárias, como se a gente fosse ninguém me sentir muito mal com essa situação porque fomos pra curtir e não se aborrecer e isso nunca aconteceu comigo. Pedimos pra falar com a gerente Alessandra que nem deu importância a nosso caso e ainda falou que é porque ele o recepcionista é novo . Enfim faltou educação e empatia com o atendimento aos hóspedes desse hotel. Fiquei decepcionada !!!

Hotel bem localizado. Piscina com vista incrível da praia de Copacabana . Serviço de praia no quiosque WAVE, com toalha de piscina e cadeiras disponíveis . Guarda volume à disposição dos clientes . Rio de Janeiro incrível

Tem localização de fácil acesso, em rua tranquila. O café da manhã tem pontos positivos mas precisa melhorar em algumas comodidades como travesseiros melhores, melhor qualidade do Wi-Fi e da TV a cabo.
