수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 타인위어 호텔

Great hotel located on the beach frount short walk from restaurants and amusements stunning location room was great size only downfall was we did not have any teas and coffees in the room. Swimming pool was loverly they have a gyme sauna and steam room jacuzzi was having maintenance but didn't spoil anything staff very helpful and nice bath tub is huge and our room had separate shower great for getting ready for 2 would definitely stay again

I am a Marriot rewards member and have been for a number of years. Hotel is ideal location for what we wanted. Staff very welcoming and always were polite. My only issue was that whilst booking I always request a room away from lift. I was given a room directly at lift. Further issues were hot water did not work, telephone light continually flashing all night and no drinking water or fridge was in room. I highlighted this to reception and was told they were unaware of any of these issues. The following morning I again spoke to reception and this time I am very pleased to say that the receptionist, Meghan, took ownership of this. She searched rooms available and was able to re-allocate me to another room with no issues. Rest of our 4 day stay went without a hitch due to excellent service from Meghan. Last note, why is it less expensive to book through a 3rd party rather than direct with hotel?

Last minute booking, staff were amazing friendly & helpful. Room was very clean, spacious and well presented overall 10 out of 10

1박 출장으로 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 작은 성격의 무언가를 찾고 있다면 이곳이 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 센트럴 뉴캐슬, 중앙 기차역과 지하철 입구 바로 옆, 약간의 우아함. 체크인 시 큰 샹들리에와 도움이 되는 직원이 있는 사랑스러운 입구 로비(놀라운 크리스마스 트리로 장식됨). 내 방을 찾는 것은 약간의 모험이었지만 역사적인 건물의 매력 중 일부였습니다. 내 방은 깨끗하고 조용하며 미니 냉장고, 주전자, 차/커피, TV, 놀라울 정도로 좋은 욕실과 편안한 침대를 갖추고 있었습니다. 아침에 영국식 아침식사를 맛있게 먹었고, 이번에도 직원들이 친절했습니다. 나는 그것이 매우 좋은 가치라고 생각했고 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 기차역에서 아주 가까웠고, 주변에 식당과 관광 명소도 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있었어요. 엔젤 오브 노스(Angel of North)는 차로 15분 거리였고요. 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐고, 조식도 훌륭했어요! 스파 시설도 정말 잘 이용했고요. 강력 추천합니다!

환상적인 숙박, 우리가 도착했을 때 우리 방에 문제가 있었지만 문제는 즉시 분류되었습니다. 방은 사랑 스러웠습니다. 우리는 환상적인 전망을 가지고 있었다. 우리는 이그제큐티브 룸을 가지고 있었기 때문에 사랑스럽고 하이 티, 티 타임에 음료와 뜨거운 음식으로 라운지에 접근 할 수있었습니다.

돈을 위해 환상적인 호텔. 예산이 충분하다면 특히 주중에 가면 하룻밤 숙박이 가능하며 수영장, 체육관 및 사우나에 1박에 £100 미만으로 이용할 수 있습니다. 같은 시설을 제공하는 다른 호텔에 비해 정말 좋은 가치입니다. 내 유일한 불만은 드레싱 가운이나 슬리퍼가 포함되어 있지 않아 낯선 사람들 사이에서 완전히 바뀌는 번거로움이 있다는 것입니다. 다른 스파 호텔에는 드레싱 가운과 슬리퍼가 포함되어 있으므로 개인 정보 보호를 위해 수영장과 사우나 공간을 준비할 수 있습니다.

Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

Nice clean hotel ,excellent breakfast ,friendly staff but terrible bed very hard ,room to hot opened windows but noise from air con ducts on roof below kept us awake tv was always turning off itself room 332 third floor

Room size was great, bed was comfortable. Only issue was a red hot pipe going through the room which could not be switched off and the weather was very warm. Will stay again
