조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 벨기에 브뤼셀-수도 지역 호텔

정말 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 웅장합니다. 파리의 작고 아담한 호텔 방들에 비해 브뤼셀의 이 방은 정말 넓고 깨끗해서 4~5성급 대형 호텔 같아요. 1층에는 바와 당구대도 있고, 브뤼셀 북역에서도 아주 가까워서 걸어서 몇 분이면 도착합니다. 게다가 바깥 거리가 깨끗하고 사람도 적습니다. 그랑 플라스와 오줌싸개 동상까지도 걸어서 10~20분 정도로 가깝습니다. 추천합니다!

같은 객실의 외관이 개조 공사 중입니다. 아침 식사는 연어가 유명합니다. 호텔은 유럽 의회와 매우 가깝습니다. 아침 식사에는 맛있는 연어가 있습니다. 2024년 5월에 외관 개조 공사가 진행 중입니다. 객실 *10~*13의 창문은 건물 구조로 덮여 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 정중합니다. 5일 동안 침대는 교체되지 않았습니다.

위치가 꽤 좋았고 밤에도 조용했습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 방은 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사의 크로와상이 매우 맛있었습니다. 점심 너무 짐만 맡아줄 생각이었습니다만, 방이 이미 준비되어 있다고 하는 것으로 체크인시켜 받을 수 있었던 것도 기뻤습니다.

최근 Hotel Indigo Brussels에 머물렀는데, 매력과 환대가 기분 좋게 어우러져 있었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 긴 통근의 번거로움 없이 도시를 탐험하고자 하는 사람에게 완벽한 곳입니다. 그러나 전반적으로 긍정적인 경험에도 불구하고, 저는 해결해야 할 청결 문제를 발견했습니다. 침대 린넨에 머리카락과 얼룩이 있었는데, 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 평판 좋은 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 일반적인 기준에 미치지 못하는 것이 분명했습니다. 전반적으로 환대와 편의성은 칭찬할 만했지만, 전반적인 고객 경험을 향상시키기 위해 하우스키핑에 더 많은 관심이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 이러한 문제가 향후 숙박 시 해결되기를 바랍니다.

브뤼셀 중심가에서 가격대비 상당히 좋았습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절했고 청소도 깔끔했습니다. 무엇보다도 위치가 최고입니다. 주변 식당들도 많고 광장, 중앙역과도 매우 가깝습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 추억 가지고 갑니다.

밤늦게 호텔에 도착해서 입구에 있는 초인종을 눌러야 했습니다. 친절한 직원이 바로 와서 체크인 절차를 도와주었습니다. 방에 도착하자마자 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 방이 매우 넓었고 욕실도 마찬가지로 넓었습니다. 온수도 잘 나왔고 에어컨도 완벽하게 작동해서 시원하고 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점 중 하나는 객실에서 보이는 아름다운 전망이었습니다. 브뤼셀 중앙역이 훤히 보이는 전망이었는데, 특히 밤에는 더욱 아름다웠습니다. 전반적으로 멋진 숙박이었습니다. 객실, 편의 시설, 서비스 모두 기대 이상이었습니다.

호텔 측에서 개선했으면 하는 몇 가지 사항은 다음과 같습니다. 1. 수압이 충분하지 않습니다. 2. 욕실 문에 옷걸이가 4개밖에 없어서 샤워 후 옷을 꺼내기에도 너무 멀고 불편합니다. 3. 아티스트 인테리어 선반은 멋져 보이지만 여행객에게는 실용적이지 않습니다. 대신 업무용 책상이 필요합니다. 티 테이블은 두 사람이 식사하기에는 너무 작고, 일하기에도 불편합니다. 콘센트가 너무 멀어서 소파에 있는 노트북에 연결하려면 2~3m 길이의 케이블이 필요합니다. 4. 체크인 절차가 한 시간이나 걸렸지만, 체크인 고객을 위한 의자가 없습니다. 도시세가 실수로 징수되었습니다. 선불 영수증을 보여주자 회사에 이메일을 보내 조사 요청을 하라는 안내를 받았습니다. 나중에 여행사에 문의해야 할지 문의했더니 15분 만에 즉시 환불을 받았습니다. 객실 키 카드가 첫 번째 방에 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 리셉션 직원들이 해결책을 찾는 데 시간이 걸렸고, 저는 15분 만에 다른 방으로 새 카드를 받았습니다. 효율성이 매우 낮았고 전혀 원활하지 않았습니다. 5. 오전 10시쯤 호텔을 나서자마자 추워서 방으로 돌아갔습니다. 나중에 알고 보니 두 명의 하우스키퍼가 바닥 청소와 욕실 청소를 시작했습니다. 옷을 갈아입고 화장실을 사용하고 싶었지만, 그들은 이해하지 못했습니다. 그 여성은 짜증스러운 표정으로 화장실을 드나들었습니다. 우리는 그들의 업무를 방해하는 것 같았고, 거실에서 하우스키퍼 앞에서 옷을 갈아입고 화장실을 사용하도록 허락해 달라고 부탁할 수밖에 없었습니다. 6. 저는 20명이 넘는 사람들과 함께 수영장에서 수영한 적이 있습니다. 정말 붐볐습니다. 수영장 이용 예약을 하는 이유가 무엇인가요? 앞서 언급한 것 외에도 제가 좋아하는 것이 있습니다. + 브뤼셀에는 수영장을 제공하는 호텔이 많지 않습니다. 이 호텔은 옥상에 시원한 수영장을 갖추고 있으며, 양쪽에 일광욕용 욕조가 마련되어 있고, 테라스 양쪽으로는 멋진 도시 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 수영장 디자인도 훌륭합니다. + 체크인 장소는 건물 로비보다 넓은 2층입니다. 바, 대기 공간, 그리고 4개의 체크인 데스크가 같은 공간에 연결되어 있습니다. + 퀵 엘리베이터 - 원하는 층으로 바로 이동 가능합니다. + 기본 객실은 매우 넓고 아늑했습니다. 이곳에서의 숙박은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 하루 종일 매우 조용했습니다.

호텔은 그랜드 플라자에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 로비 입구에 주차하기가 어렵습니다. 직접 운전하시는 경우 실내 주차장에 들어가려면 호텔에 미리 차량 번호판을 등록해야 합니다. 실내 주차장은 3개 층으로 구성되어 있습니다. 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다. 웨이트리스가 주차장에서 프런트 데스크까지 짐을 옮기는 것을 도와주었습니다. 방은 넓고, 조금 오래되었지만 건조하고 조용합니다. 침대도 매우 편안했고 매트리스도 너무 부드럽지 않았어요. 목욕용품, 바디로션, 일회용 면 슬리퍼가 제공됩니다. 칫솔은 없습니다. 아침 식사는 0층보다 한 층 낮은 층에서 제공됩니다. 아침 식사도 매우 좋았고, 제가 좋아하는 음식이 많았고 선택의 폭도 넓었습니다. 5성급 호텔은 장식으로 인공꽃을 사용하는데, 약간 싸구려틱합니다.

This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.

Plus: The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s. There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.
